I wont be back to this location. I had a really bad experience a few months ago where my order was never put in to the kitchen and I was forgotten about by the server. After I reminded them of my presence and order, it came out and was horrible. The location by my work is great, so I thought I would try this location again. Horrible again. I ordered "wet" traditional wings and some potato wedges. Wedges were overcooked and had a bunch of fried mystery clumps and even a few traditional fries. They were gross. I ordered two flavors of wings, the first flavor was barely sauced and only lukewarm. I decided to eat all of those first then move to the second flavor. When I made it to the second flavor, these wings were barely sauced as well, but at least still hot. Which means that the other flavor was sitting for a long time. I was sitting at the bar and was never offered silverware and was not provided any napkins. I got my silverware from another patron who had extra. I had one beer, which sat empty for the majority of my meal with no offers to refill until I was done. I declined, paid, and left. Waste of my money and time.

If you go to a place that has wings on the name you would expect them to be awesome or at least decent. This it not the case here, the wings are just average like the ones you get from any supermarket. Anyway, we decided to give it another chance because the previous time a waitress spilled soda on my wife. So this time, the service was not better in anyway, food Acceptable to less than that, the waitress forgot to give us forks, forgot to give us veggies, brought drink with ice when we asked it without ice and when I mentioned that, there was a breathe and calm down gesture on her face. I also heard two more waitresses complaining about other things like moving people to a different table When I got the check I noticed my daughters drink (which is like half or less) and wifes drink (Strawberry lemonade) cost the same. When this happens, I do not complain, that is useless, I just do not go back and tell friends the place is not worth it, If this is meant to be more like a sports bar, then I guess it is good.

Last time i was in ordered wings while at the bar. After 45 minutes i questioned the bartender about them and she said oh oops ill go see. She came back and said another server had taken them. She didnt apologize just said she will get me new ones. A sub par experience. Im always one to give a place a second chance so i tried it again tonight. Orded a drink and wings again. Apparently it was the bartenders break time so in between the 15 minute conversation about her personal problems and her relief taking over once again i sat. Luckily a runner came out and dropped off my wings. I ended up using bar drink napkins as no bartender came over to check on me. This whole time my drink sat empty, 19 minutes, happened to see the time on t.v. finally she came by to check on one of her regulars and i asked for napkins and another drink. I will forego this estblishment and pick one of the other places in town.

Love BWW, however their food is not quite as good as other locations. I have noticed though that customer service has rotted a bit since when I first started going. Servers just dont really interact with the customers and simply make the customers a tad bit uncomfortable. Last time I went, one of the workers talked (very loudly, right behind me), for about 15 minutes before finally getting back to work, only to come back a short while later and blabber on for another 10 minutes. It was simply very obnoxious conversations, and not something an employee should be doing while on the clock. However, I do recommend that you try it out, because as other reviewers have said, it is a hit or miss sometimes.

I cant say how the food is or anything ales other than there are TVs that the bar tender watches and never takes your order. I walked in on a Saturday to watch some of the Michigan game and was not waited on for over 10 minutes, while 2 others got their beers and their food ordered then the bar tender watch the game too as I waited to order anything. I will never go back, and cant say anything good about a place that lets a paying customer sit at the bar and never order food. too bad you cant go less than poor on the star ratting.

I love the wings, just like any of their locations but I will not go back to this place any time soon. The service is terrible!! I live in Zeeland but will drive to Grandville to get wings before I go here again. I am always frustrated with the terrible service here. Management needs to change so they can train the staff better. The name and the fact there are few sports bars in Holland are the only reason this place stays busy. I am sure I am not the only one who thinks service is terribe.

Im extremely unhappy with my recent take out order. Usually i love Buffalo Wild Wings but man this was horrible. We just ordered 20 wings and fried pickles. My boyfriend got mango habanero wings and I got Asian zing and honey barbecue boneless. Our wings have hardly any sauce and my wings are fried to a crisp. Our pickles taste awful, its like the oil needs to be changed and its all burnt. Im usually so happy with Buffalo Wild Wings but not this time. Im very disappointed :/

This place started out great and has been losing ground since. I read others comments and realized it wasnt just me ... unattentive, poorly trained servers. Managers used to come by to see how your meal is. Not any more. One server insisted my golden color beer was Killians; that was right after she brought me a tall, not the small I had ordered and charged me for a large. Whatever. All the good ones have moved on, I guess. So will I before long.

I did a take out order today. Ordered my food and asked for ranch, and she asked how many and I said 4. Went to go pick it up and got home and found no ranch. And you guys charged me $2 for 4 tiny cups of ranch. I dont understand how you forgot when you asked me specifically how many I needed. She didnt eve apologize, she just blamed it on another coworker. Way to go. Lol.

Went there on a Friday night waited more than an hour to get a table for a party of 13! It took 3 waiters more than 15mins to clean 3 tables because they were too busy gossiping and when I asked one of the girls (half blonde half brown hair) that if we were almost gonna get our table she rolled her eyes and walked away mimicking me to continue gossiping

Our party of 3 ate there tonight. We placed our order and mine came out wrong, after waiting 45 minutes for our wings to arrive. I decided to just go with 6 wings instead of waiting another 45 minutes. When my husband got his there was a chunk of something nasty in there that was not chicken. The manager never approached us and asked if everything was ok.
