We dont eat out that often due to not having much extra money, and this place totally wasnt worth it. My husband was down today and I was lucky enough to get called off at work, so we went on a lunch date in the hopes of lifting his spirits a bit and having fun together. My first mistake was telling the guy who helped us that it was my first time there. When I asked for mushroom chicken and spring rolls, he asked if I liked sweet or spicy. I told him it didnt matter but he wouldnt let it go, so I assumed this meant there were two different kinds of mushroom chicken. I moved down the line and watched what they were doing (because they put my plate together a little late due to waiting for fresh fried rice, the one thing they did right) and realized they were giving me some kind of honey orange chicken I didnt want, in addition to the mushroom chicken. I guess the guy was trying to suggestive sell something to me, even though I confirmed to him (after he suggested I get three entrees instead of two) that I only wanted two, the chicken and the spring rolls. When I tried to explain this to the girl who was checking us out, telling her Id only wanted mushroom chicken and spring rolls, she said she wouldnt charge us for the honey orange chicken (which was so nasty it wasnt worth being charged for anyway). As I was telling her this, she was putting cream cheese rangoons in bag, which Id assumed my husband ordered. Turns out he didnt, and those were for me, even after Id told the guy who helped us I wanted spring rolls, and even as I distinctly said "spring rolls" as she was bagging something completely different. Then we were overcharged $7, but thankfully she caught it before she actually took the money. Ive never seen an entire staff at a restaurant be so confusing and also act so confused when its busy. After eating the food, I have since been experiencing the kind of fatigue and headache that you only get after eating really bad food. I will never go to that place again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I went to the Holland, MI location on our mini vacation. It was terrible!!!! We have a Panda in our hometown and it is one of our favorites. The Holland location was just awful, from the service to the food. The fried rice was way over cooked and mush, it was inedible. I waited to beef and broccoli to be made, the beef was barely cooked and the broccoli was still cold in the middle when I finally got my meal. I had it with the Teriyaki Chicken, the chicken was clearly burned to the point of being black and super dry. My husband had the orange chicken and it was overcooked, dry and completely void of sauce. It looked like the food had been sitting for hours, yet they still served it to customers. It was just gross. The girl who helped us was pleasant, however she had to wait for change, and complained that the Manager was out of town and had left no one in charge and no one had the safe combo for change while the Manager was gone. All in all we spent about 30 minutes there, between waiting for food, change and such. We were completely disappointed and will not be back to that location anytime soon. I am rating it a big fat "0", 1 star is way to generous. Grrrr.

Horrible experiences last two times visited. First time my colleague and I had to wait for fried rice for 15 min. This is during lunch time (12:15 pm on a weekday). Place was dirty, the person in the checkout apparently did not want to give me a tray, so she piled the fortune cookie (cover and all) and chopsticks on top of my rice! When I asked for soy sauce, she was going to place the packets on top too. I asked for a tray. This is the same person receiving money, handling all packets, cookies, etc and placing them on top of your food, without washing her hands! This would not pass any health inspection. This is what is done in front of you. What may be happening in the back of the kitchen? I used to like this place but lack of management has rendered it not only undesirable but frankly unsafe.

Quality control is awful. Food items are clearly not rotated frequently enough, so sometimes youll luck out and get them fresh, while other times it will be basically inedible (Im looking at you, honey walnut shrimp that I have to pay a $1.25 extra for). Last visit was my LAST visit. Lady at the drive thru speaker sputtered out her words so fast I could barely make out what she said beyond "....with you in just a minute". Waited multiple minutes with nobody coming through--yet almost all of the cars in front of me had gone and went from the window--to take my order before assholes behind me started honking and I decided Id prefer to pay for better service elsewhere.

I ordered a two entree meal of teriyaki chicken and beef & broccoli a orange chicken bowl and two egg rolls. The egg rolls were burnt and bitter. The chicken came as one lump and I could not identify which part of the chicken it came from and the other entree was simply broccoli NO BEEF. One of the worst dinners I have had in a LONG time. 1st visit and I will not go back there are numerous places that are way better and a better value

Worst Panda Express experience ever! Food was cold. Half of the food was not available. Black chunks in the sweet and sour sauce. Oil was old and left black crumbs all over the spring rolls. I only chose the spring rolls because the egg rolls were not available. I heard the staff complaining of dirty dishes to other staff and proceeded to use the same dirty dish to scoop my food onto my plate! Do not go here!

Its fast food, so bear that in mind. But its good fast food, you pay cheap for a decent amount of helpings, and the two times Ive been there its been literally order, drive up and pay, and they have my food ready within 2 minutes if they are running slow. Im impressed. The only downside is you cant eat it on the go (which isnt an option if you want to savor it like any Chinese food anyway)

Its a roll of the dice at this place if you are going to get decent food. It all depends on who is working there. Sometimes you get people you actually take pride in their work and then you get the ones who just dont care. Overall the customer service sucks, the food quality is so so, and they defintely shouldnt call it fast food. There is nothing fast about this place!

food = dry barely warm, lacking quality, not present(needed to be made) not much quantity of food but the fortune cookie was good. service = non existent no eye contact waiting to pay bill by cash register and she goes to make someone else plate people waiting for food to be made standing around bored. kitchen appeared very messy

The food tasted good, but the shrimp portions were very, very small; and you have to pay an upcharge(+$1.25), because its a "premium" entree. People with chicken bowls got 2.5 scoops, shrimp was 1/2 a scoop!!! Thats with a premium price! I will eat there again, because it does taste good, but I will ordering the chicken.
