Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed order for delivery at 8 pm for two veggie rolls, oshiko roll, miso soup, and spring rolls. Called at 9:30 because the order hadnt come. The woman was rude, interrupted me, and said that they had left "a while ago" with my order so it would be there soon. Half an hour later, at 10 when the store closes, I called again. I was told "the order just came through" and "Ill be right there" interrupting me the ENTIRE time, giving me literally no chance to say ANYTHING. ~HALF AN HOUR~ later, it finally arrives. I could have forgiven the extremely tiny sushi, and MAYBE the fact that you only get two oshiko rolls (tiny pockets of rice) for over $3, but the absolute worst part was that my FAVORITE thing- miso soup, was nothing but what looked like dirty dish water, mixed with piss. Theres no tofu or scallions or seaweed or mushrooms or ANYTHING. Ive never in my entire life had miso soup from a restaurant like this. At the very least, after waiting for two and a half hours, I would have expected some extra stuff thrown in the bag, or coupons, or a REFUND. But nope. Just a tiny bag of crap food. Waste of my money.

Edited(4*): Ordered online and arrived 30 min after order was placed. The receipt I was to sign was scribbled all over (like when someone tries to get ink from a pen flowing) and the food was not ready. I was hastily ushered as a walk-in and it took about 20 min for the food to be prepared. The crab rangoon wasnt as crispy as it should have been, and the General Tsos Chicken wasnt as flavorful as Im used to having. Not bad, still, but seems like the timing and quality is going down a bit. Prior(5*):Tremendously wonderful food. Their sushi isnt the best in Indy, but its tastey and nice to have alongside their other food. The atmosphere is very down-tempo with the lighting, but watching the chefs prepare the food in the kitchen (Glass you can see through into restaurant) makes things have a little tingle of a rush. I have always had good service there, but mostly I order online for pickup. May I recommend the Crab Rangoon with General Tsos Chicken? $$$/5 It can get a little pricey because of the amount of food ordered, but its pretty fairly priced.

STAY AWAY - From the moment we arrived it was a awful experience; we waited almost 15 minutes after we were seated before we got so much as a hello. There were only three of us. We ordered chicken tempura, asparagus beef, and the tempura udon. The chicken and all the side dishes came out first, about 30 minutes after we ordered. 16 minutes later, the beef came out; it was slimy and didnt look like beef. When I tasted it the meat was totally cold. Still no tempura udon. they take the beef back, then bring it back and although it was hot, it was still slimy and didnt taste or look like beef. Finally, the tempura Udon comes out and my friend took two tastes and sent the rest back. She said it was awful. Both the waiter and the manager apologized multiple times for all the problems, but the manager made no effort at all to compensate us for the poor service and awful food. Stay away from this restaurant.

Food sucked. Crab rangoon had little to no filling and was of poor quality filling. Spring roll was pasty on the inside. Like pasty fillings. Egg rolls seemed alright not too bad but lacked in flavor. Calamari was just an odd undesirable flavor and breading was soggy. Lacked good flavors, plentiful in awful flavors. General Taos chicken had soggy breading, good meat though. Sauce lacked the spicy flavor, and slimy. Not saucy. There was also a pool of the Taos sauce. Wonton soup was unpleasant. Contained one wonton. And this wasnt just a coincidence because I had ordered of the soups both contained one wonton. Meat was undesirable and the noodle surrounding the meat was either too soggy or was not a fully cooked noodle around it. The fried rice was on point in flavor but not hot. None of the food was hot even though a lid was melted. Would not recommend. Dont waste your time and money here.

Their food is good, but they got the worst service. Because its near my work place, me and my coworkers went there a lot at first, but after many times of the bad service like have things in the food, waiting for the food forever, small portion of the food, ignore your request and even their manager does not care about those, so we stopped going there. After over a year, one of the coworker want have her birthday lunch over there begging everybody to go there give them another chance, but they mass it up again. I wait and wait until every body done with their food, still didnt get anything to eat. They only cared about their valued large Chinese customers, serve them everything they want. By the time we are ready to leave still my food is not ready. we will never ever give them another chance!!!!!!!!

Love ordering take out from here, but the staff does tend to screw up on giving you things like napkins or chopsticks when you ask. The trick is to order by phone and to be very specific, also being overly nice and tipping well seems to definetly help. Ive been reading all the bad reviews on here and honestly all I have to say is alot of you have probably never worked fast food or places similiar to it and experienced how hard or frustrating it is for the employees who hardly get paid at all, just try being nice and specific about your food and you shouldt have an issue, if you do the current manager is a real sweetheart and even gave us some free eggrolls last time our order was messed up. Always a pleasure to order from even though its a bit pricey.

I was so excited to try this place after moving to the west side. My husband and I both ordered chicKen pad thai and sushi. The sushi was okay, no better than any other place. The pad thai was awful. I ordered mild, it came out spicy covered in red peppers. When I told the waitress I didnt like it, she said they can add something to lessen the heat but I could not order something else because I would be waiting it..... she took it back to the kitchen and came back. By this time the other stuff on the plate was cold. It did taste less spicy but was still disgusting. Just avoid. Bad customer service and over priced.

Omg do I love Tian Fu. Their food is reasonably priced and so delicious! The Kung Pao chicken is spicy and relatively dry (as in little to no sauce) and so good! The best Kung Pao Ive had in a long time. Their General Tso Chicken is spicy and not sweet, something Ive been searching for for months! I came from Alaska and traveled through Canada and the western US and settled here. This is the FIRST chinese place I enjoy since leaving my favorite restaurant in Alaska. Tonight we got more Kung Pao and I got the Red Chicken Curry which is delicious. The serving size is very big for the curry. I love this place!

Very bad experience. We ordered the Spider Roll and upon the first bite, it was very fishy. My wife confirmed with a bite and confirmed something was clearly wrong. We told the waiter and he said he was "sorry." No offer to take it back. When he asked if we were ready for the bill, I commented again that the Spider Roll was untouched and not good, his response was "I will tell them to do something different next time." The bill came and he charged us $10 for a roll we couldnt eat. Very disappointing.
