Food was Good. Service was BAD. Terrible. If the owner is reading this review, please feel free to contact me. We waited for 45minutes even before they would take the order. After taking the order, it took another one hour to bring the food. In between they never told us what was going on, or why the delay. The waitress would zip by us and serve all the table around us. We ordered 2 korean Teas. Got one cup, and NEVER got any refills. So here we are thinking after such a terrible service maybe they will give us a break in the check. But no, they charged us the full price, and gave a small apology. I gave a zero $ Tip. Will never go back there. The only reason we went to this place, is, our favorite place "Mama Korean" was closed on a Tuesday. Since the food was really good, I HOPE this place will learn some Customer service. Take some lessons on courtesy.

Our service was awful. We got sat with no menus, then about 15 minutes later we got up and got our own menus. Then, we flagged someone down to take our orders and to bring us waters. Then, I had to ask for the side soup and side egg dish. I am Korean. These side dishes ALWAYS COME at Korean BBQ restaurants. At first, they give you every type of meat when you get the all-you-can-eat bbq, whether you want it or not. Theyre brought out on a single plate, white meat, red meat, marinated, non-marinated. Throughout our dinner and for the bill, we had to flag someone down every time. At checkout, they tell you that tip is included for every person for the Korean bbq even with 3 people. They do not cook anything for you. You cook everything yourself. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Do not go here excepting to be treated equally, I was here last night with my friends 5 adults 1 child they kept acting bothered when asked for things and considering we all ordered the unlimited Korean BBQ (29.99 each and $10.00 for a 5 year old to eat white rice) youd think they would come ask us if we needed anything or wanted more WELL THEY DID NOT we had to continuously ask for everything. They also did not provide us the same sides as other people in the restaurant that ordered what we did! If that wasnt bad enough they charged us $37.00 gratuity for our "group" which is not printed or posted anywhere needless to say $230.00 dollars later we will not be going back!!!

I HATE THIS STUPID PLACE! I ordered a noodle soup, yet the noodles werent the right noodles for that soup. The noodles werent even cooked all the way! And the service was terrible. If you are reading this right now dont ever go there! I then waited for the restroom for about one hour and no one came out! After that one hour, a employee from there came out and said to wait! Dont ever go there!!!! The Owner also made us pay the tip which THEY MADE. I mean like that is so illegal, we could sue them.... but no, they have to get moody with us making us pay the freakin tip wich they made. I TOTALLY UN-RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

The BEST stateside Korean Restaurant Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting! We had the "all you can eat" barbque for two. Excellent flavors & quality of offerings. We LOVED it! The service was superb, very attentive, but not over bearing. Two SMALL concerns; $2.98 drinks? & tip automatically added to bill. Tips are EARNED, not taken. Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly folks and certainly on MY top 5 places to eat. We WILL return for more! Easy to find on Pendleton Pike, East Indy... THANK YOU for a GREAT dining experience... !

Holy crap! Their meat is delicious! I would highly suggest the spare ribs. A lot of the reviews I read pointed out that the meat was tough, but we did not have this problem. Because its Korean BBQ, and youre cooking the meat at the table, it might be easy to overcook it if you dont know what youre doing. Its really nice and tastly if done right though. I would highly recommend it.

Sushi wasnt on the menu, in spite of how the place is described in google maps. While we were assured they could substitute tofu for a vegetarian, that dish still had a considerable amount of meat. Apparently they picked off the meat they saw, then mixed in tofu... instead of making it without meat. The food was good, but rather expensive.

Awesome service, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed even with our 1 year old. The food was great, we had dinner and the entrees came with a nice selection of side dishes. The food arrived quickly and the staff checked back with us frequently to make sure our drinks were full. Cant wait to go back!

like any foreign ethnicity establishment, if youre not that ethnic dont expect good service. here is no different. koreans are royalty, when us others are peasants. your dish will be dropped not placed. you will be ignored, etc. but the authentic food here is totally good. I love the bul go gi dinner.

This is by far the best Korean BBQ Ive ever had! My wife and I agree that its better than the half-dozen places weve visited on the west coast, cant believe we found this little gem. Also: I dont know what was wrong with the other reviewers, the service was so good that we left a 20% tip

It was my first time doing a Korean BBQ and Id say I wasnt to awful at cooking my own food. It was fun, the staff was always there if we needed assistance, the food was really good. Ill definitely be visiting again in the future...might be lazy and let them cook for me this time though.

I dont have a ton of korean bbq experience, but this place is amazing. Though it may seem pricey the cost is nothing compared to what you get. The side dishes are great and the meat is well marinated and since you cook it yourself you cant blame them if the meat comes out poorly.

The food was delicious. It was a different experience. The only thing was that it was a little pricey. We ordered 3 dishes of the Korean BBQ, 4 pops and tip for 100 dlls. We were a party of 4 and we all ended up satisfied and everything was very good.

This was my first time eating Korean cuisine...and it will not be the last! The food was delicious. We had the pork belly and the short ribs. So good. They also provided a nice vaierty of side dishes to accompany the bbq. I will be back!

Traditional delicious plentiful authentic Korean food. They have patbingsu, good BBQ, and a delicious jajang myun. Korean beers and a variety of traditional soups and stews and great service to go with it. Highly recommended.

The Food, service, and atmosphere were all great! This place is highly recommended. We were visiting from California for the MotoGP races and couldnt believe we could get authentic Korean food in this part of the country!

Nice size portion. Not quite as spicy as the bulgogi I remember from gwangju but I was told they can spice it up if I want next time. Ask for the spicy kimchi. Overall very good and friendly

Good authentic Korean food - but the quality lacks. Ive eaten plenty of Korean food in my 5 years in Korea. This is mediocre "diner food" in Seoul.
