Today was our third visit to this location in 60 days. The first visit was amazing! Great food & service. Time two - the kitchen was a little slow along with the service, but acceptable. Today, we never got our food. We received our salads & soup that came with the wrap and tenderloin we ordered and then sat for 25 minutes with no sandwiches. Our server noticed the need for a refill, came back with water, took our plates, and said the food would be out shortly. This was just a few minutes after finishing our soup & salad. Then we didnt see her at our table again until we requested our check to leave. When she brought us our check, our food was then ready. When we got to the counter to pay and asked how things were, we advised of the wait and that we were leaving without receiving our entrées. We heard from the hostess about how busy they were (as I looked around a now half empty restaurant) and advised they must still not be caught up - which couldnt be 100% true because 2 tables that were sat after us had receives their food by the time we left our table. As a former restaurant manager, Im familiar with the struggle. But there was not a visible manager trying to keep things moving and only our server apologized to us.

Thank goodness the food saved the trip! The service was not good at all. When we walked in everything just seemed to be out of place. There was one girl at the register and she was also the host. She had to stop ringing customers out just to seat us. She never smiled or told us who would be waiting on us. Looked like maybe 2 waitresses helping a very packed house. We waited for a few minutes before our waitress came over. She never introduced herself nor smiled. We gave her our whole order because we had plenty of time to figure it out. I order coffee but did not get it when she brought the drinks. She didnt serve the drinks just put them in the middle and ran. I finally got up and asked her, while she was clearing off tables, if I could get my coffee (when I got it there was no spoon with it). Which seemed to piss her off. Finally our food came but with no utensils, which happened to ever table around us. Why would the hostess not bring those???? Not a very well running ship I hope it does not sink to quick I would go back anytime I was in town just for the GREAT FOOD!

As soon as we walked in - lunch time on 2/17, a dark haired waitress WIPED HER NOSE ON HER HAND THREE TIMES - TOP TO BOTTOM - LIKE A 3 YEAR OLD....and used the same hand to grab the menus. She did all of this while talking to the customers in line in front of us. We were disgusted right off the bat. We got up and got different menus for ourselves. Luckily, we had a waitress with light hair and a cool tattoo on her arm. If we wouldve had the other girl, there is a 0% chance we would have stayed. Just gross. We saw her handling food and beverages for others. We will never be back.

They used to have Pepsi - now they have Coke products - it matters to some. The food is general diner fair - I had breakfast for lunch and it was all very tasty. Pancake, eggs, hash browns and bacon. The bacon was nicely crisp, the pancake was done to perfection. My friend had country fried steak Manhattan - looked like a lot of white gravy to me - but he enjoyed it all. A huge amount of food for both servings. The fruit cup as a side option was decent if lacking in anything fresh - but nicely arranged.

I asked the high school looking hostess to sit us (husband and baby in a car seat) in a booth -to which she replied there were none available. I indicated we would wait... she muttered to her coworker that there were two but she was not going to clean them off. I sat to wait and another couple came in who she sat in a booth. I asked to speak to the manager and she wasnt there so yeah...

The food was great. The grits were amazing and one of the few places you can find them. The service was decent, not exemplary. The cleanliness could be stepped up...our table was sticky and they left other tables dirty for quite a while even though the servers were sitting around.

Very friendly service. Nicole was our waitress. My dad had low blood sugar when we got there. She immediately brought him something to level it out and kept returning to our table to check up on him. We will definitely be returning and telling our friends

The food was great 4 star status (I love the Creamy Grits), but the service was fair. I gave 3 stars due to cleaniless. They sat us at a sticky table. They can improve on their cleanliness. They appeared to be a bit disorganized and dishuffled.
