Maybe if youve got kids this would be a prime breakfast stop due to the large selection of pancakes and kid friendly environment, but for everyone else Id say avoid. This is nothing more than your standard pancake place with large portions of mostly bland food. The menu is huge though, so you should at least be able to find something youre in the mood for. If youre looking for ambience though, dont even bother. This location is a cavernous area with old, ripped up seating and a carpet thats usually littered with crumbs and whatever else that has fallen off tables. The best I can say is at least the price is right for what youre getting. Also people in the area seem to really like it, so give it a shot if youre into pancake house style restaurants.

Always forgetting things in order, or mess up on order or both. Spent over $30 on order with giving a $5 tip for carry out every time I go. Forget a orders and sauces that go with the meal, every time. Owner contacted me told me shed refund $30 and give $15 gift card. Never got the refund just a $15 gift card. Called this morning to place an order...correct meals, didnt follow instructions, asked for no green peppers, so they put no GP on box but open the box up and not so surprised to see extra green peppers. Told them not to forget the sauce because they always do. Made the husband double check before leaving....forgot the sauce again....crappie service. Dont waste your time, just as bad as going though a McDonalds, same kind of service.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit to this new restaurant and plan to return many more times. The food and service were exceptional! The prices are very reasonable, but the quality was very good. Apparently, it is open for breakast and lunch (6am - 3 pm). The menu offers a great variety of different type of entrees (from Homestyle to Greek, Breakfast Crepes to Panini....), so there is something for everyone. I am pleased to finally have a good, well-rounded and reasonable restaurant in Zionsville!

We used to love Flapjacks on 334. Very disappointed the last 3 times we have been there. Just not clean. Floor littered and left that way. Syrup messes on the table we were seated at. Pleasant waiters/waitresses but they are very invested in their visiting behind the counter. I ordered the mini-waffle combo. Waffles were cold. Butter never melted. I thinks that we are done. ...

If I could Id give no stars, our server was the manager herself and the service was mediocre at best. When we walked in, we thought we were walking into a daycare because theres a child running from behind the counter. This makes the second time Ive had really horrible service and not so great food from this place, and unfortunately we had the same manager serve us both times.

It may have been because they were busy, but as my husband said, you can find a better breakfast place almost anywhere else. Service was excellent although they brought me the wrong dish. Eggs were cold. Sausage and bacon just not crispy or tasty. Gravy was bland and really needed more pepper. French toast wasnt bad. Seemed like a popular place with the locals.

We called ahead and were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. 40 minutes later I walked up to ask how much longer and was told another 10 minutes. We would have never chosen to eat there had we known the wait was actually almost an hour since we were on our way to a party, and Im not sure well be giving FlapJacks another try after this.

Love this location, mainly low volume around dinner time but with just as good quality of food plus a staff that is very helpful and quick. During Sat & Sun mornings its busy but they do move you in and out pretty quickly but are not pushy. Never had a bad experience here and visit at least every other week with party sizes of 3 - 14.

This place is amazing! My family and I live nearby, and we get breakfast take-out from here all the time. Im just too busy to make it. The cost is very reasonable, and the staff know me by name now. I LOVE IT, and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This was my first time at this Flap Jacks. The staff we encountered were all very nice. It was busy, but it didnt feel rushed - no one was pushy, everyone was always polite. The food was wonderful and came out quickly. I will definitely go back!! ☺

Watch out for the "veggies" its actually just grains and starch, not a single real vegetable in the side at all. Skip this location and drive the extra 10 miles north to the Lebanon Flapjacks, its worth the drive.
