This place is good if you are looking for something different to try. Wings are made fresh (cut to portion and breaded to cooked) so its not fast food. Person at register was very helpful on making a decision on something new. Took about 10-15 min for my wings to be made and brought to my table. I had Parmesan garlic and spicy tereyaki. The chicken breading is bland. The Parmesan garlic tasted more like just plain Parmesan with not alot of garlic taste poured on top. The tarriaki was very spicy but was a good choice for flavor. Would have been better if chicken was soaked in the sauces it self for better flavor. I had the side of baked beans. Really good and different flavor compared to basic baked beans. The potato salid was bland. All I tasted was potato and not much salid. Very filling meal. May seem pricy but I did get what I paid for. It isnt something I will hold have a craving for.

I stopped by for lunch for a quick 6 piece classic combo, it was to be all original hot, I was quoted a time of 10 min after waiting 30 minutes for my food I got up to check the status of my order only to find that it had been sitting there for almost 20 minutes not only were my fries cold but the flavor or my chicken was wrong!! When I asked to speak to a manager a man came and acted like I was the one in the wrong, after arguing for 10 min for them to remake my food this manager unprofessionally asked me for my number.. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WINGSTOP.. LANSING IS WAY BETTER!!

The service was slow. The wings were just alright. The lemon pepper was not a dry rub but more of a lemon juice with pepper flakes added. The fries were sweet for some unknown reason. Then the real kicker, I went in the womens bathroom to see earrings on the floor and a wad of bloody toilet paper on the toilet paper dispenser. When I told my husband, he said he had just seen an employee come out of there. Either she did it or she just didnt care enough to clean it. Either way, we will not be returning.

Worst service ever. To the owner of this place, you really need to consider who you hire. Not a welcome hello or anything when we walked in. Cashier on her cell the whole time. Seriously owner what are you thinking allowing this service in your place of business.

Updated review: BBQ and Haiwaiian bone-in wings are always a hit and they had the perfect amount of sauce. Customer service was also great. Expect a wait here remember chicken does have to actually cook folks...definitely not fast food.

I have been here 3 times and each time i felt sick after about an hour. Place is a ghost town. All flavors are bland. The place has no garbage cans. Its a little strange. Would not recommend.

Flavors were way to salty. Small. Tasteless in "flavor". Not impressed the slightest and would not recommend it. Would rather pay the few extra bucks and go to Buffalo Wild Wings sadly.
