it was extremely disappointing as i opened the box to see that the wings where dry cold and barely had any meat on them , i mean the drumstick had meat on only one side. and to top it off it was dry and i felt like i was eating card board.... the frys where also cold and not fresh... whoever operates this place is being greedy because the food quality was really low. i mean pizza huts wings where better than theres ... come on now.. and too top it all off i had actually called in and pre-ordered them and i was told 15 minutes but when i got there i ended up waiting another 15 minutes..

Horrible service. The people before me were waiting an extremely long tim, that was 30 mins since Ive been there and then dropped my wings late. I asked the cashier were them my wings he has just dropped 30 mins after I ordered and she said no. They were mines bc I was the only one and I seen how no one was doing anything else. I asked for a refund and got very bad attitude from the cashier and the guy training her. The he had the audacity to ask where was my bus at, once I asked for the refund and told them I had to catch my but Im about to miss it. Dont make no sense.

Since they changed owners I have gone in this location 3 times ever time I went in there the pop machine was out and was told they are coming to fill apparently still havnt made it out there and no silverware had to ask they also charge you for everything they use to give 2 ranches with your meal now you get 1 and have to pay $1 for another one most likely will not go to this location again

Went to Wing Stop on June 28, 2017 at the South Holland Chicken was not good at all the mild had no seasoning on it the garlic Parmesan was salty , the fries over cooked, Then to top it off the pop machine was not working properly I told the clerk the soda taste like acid, he came out and poured him a soda and looked at it & smelled it and said it works fine ... Never Again

The new ownership is ridiculous.grant it they offer friendly but sub par service. What used to take10 minutes top under previous managements now takes 25 to 45 minutes and get this it does not even taste as good as they used to. Just a disappointing experience.

The food is always so delicious and fresh.... I think it is kinda high but you get what you pay for in freshness and great service eat time.. It is made fresh and may take a little longer because it it but, I certainly never mind that...

I found the food at the WingStop here in South Holland to be fresh and the staff to be courteous, the atmosphere is well lite, clean and inviting. This is a place where the owners and the staff treats you like Family!!!!!

Terrible, came in for lunch; got my food in 40 minutes mind you i only get 30 minutes of lunch. This is supposed to be fast. If i wanted to wait 30 min for wings id go to hooter or buffalo wild wings.

All the chicken was salty. The fries could of been better, it seems like there were a lot of ends and maybe some brown spots on the potatoes. Overall we probably wont eat here again.

Check your food before you leave this restaurant. I check my food & They ALWAYS mess my order up. Great customer service though, they do apologize and fix my order right away.

During a recent visit it was a tad dirty. This includes the soda machine, table, and counter. In the past it has been cleaner. Maybe just an off day. Ill try here again.
