Wingstop has the best wings in the Nashville or Murfreesboro area. Despite the fact that none of their locations are really convenient for me, Ive driven out of my way to eat there for years. When the Antioch store opened, I drove 15 minutes each way from Nashville to that location until the service there went downhill. Then I started driving all the way to Murfreesboro from Nashville, which got a little easier when I moved to Smyrna. Their old location on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro always did a great job. However, since they moved the Murfreesboro store to S Rutherford Drive, I have not had a good experience there. On Apr 3, 2015, I ordered 15 boneless wings and 6 rolls using the mobile app. My receipt clearly stated BONELESS wings. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store. They didnt have my order ready quite yet, saying they just needed to heat my rolls. I waited happily, looking forward to my dinner. I was a mile down the road before I thought to check my to-go order and found that instead of the boneless wings Id ordered, theyd given me all bone-in wings, which I absolutely didnt want. I had to turn around in traffic and go back to return the food and get a refund. I didnt want to wait for a new order for several reasons. When a friend and I visited this location Feb 13, 2015, we each ordered a 15 piece boneless wings. It took 45 minutes to get our orders that night, while the staff gave a story about how the wings were too small so they were making more. Thats great, but why wasnt this noticed before they cooked them? Surely they were small when they were raw? And why did it take 45 minutes? It takes maybe 10 minutes to cook boneless wings, so the timing doesnt really work out here. Regardless, I wasnt willing to wait 45 minutes in the store on April 3 hoping they might get my order right the second time. I give up. I dont know what it will take for their employees to start paying better attention to orders and to give better customer service, but I am now at the point where I cant give Wingstop more chances because they fail me every time - at least at the two locations closest to me, both of which take at least 30 minutes to get to and from my house round-trip. It just isnt worth it anymore. I should also mention that the manager of the store waited on me when I picked up my order on April 3. Shouldnt he have checked the food against the order to make sure it was right before serving it to me? When I use to wait tables, I always did that with every order I handled - especially to-go orders. If the manager of the store cant be bothered to make sure orders are correct before handing them to customers, then the rest of the staff isnt likely to do any differently. The food at Wingstop is fantastic - providing you can get what you ordered or even get your food at all. Its just not worth the hassle the staff puts their customers through very often.

Horrible Service, or no service at all. I called non stop from 11:25 pm to 11:35 pm (10 times) and no one answered my phone. Which is pretty strange seeing that they close at 12, so I decided to drive over and place my order and when I arrived on 8/30/2016 at 11:45 they are supposed to be open but the WORKERS DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY. Although they were inside and clearly saw me trying to get in they just laughed and continued acting as if I wasnt outside. Not only did the 2 workers who closed pretend I didnt exist, they had a young man locked inside with them while they were "closed." So all in all these extremely LAZY workers if you want to call them that; NEGLECTED TO ANSWER THE PHONE OF THEIR JOB 35 MINS BEFORE CLOSING, PHYSICALLY CLOSED 15 MIN EARLY FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GAIN, BUT ALSO BROUGHT SOMEONE WHO DIDNT WORK THERE INSIDE TO COMPLETE THEIR CLOSING DUTIES. This is ridiculous and people dont deserve to have a job if they refuse to do their job, I have video documentation showing the pure laziness of these workers and hope that an incident like this NEVER happens to anyone else who comes here. Unfortunately I have to put a star because it deserves none. Wingstop as a company Im sure would be disappointed if they knew their workers were doing this while getting paid. I hope something is done to assure this doesnt happen to any other wingstop customers. Also I have listed the time so that if these actions are denied, you as a company will review the tape and assure these "workers" will be reprimanded

Well, the food was pretty bad. Some of the worst wings Ive had. Mostly the service was horrible. Im not normally one to complain, but this was pretty bad. I placed my order ahead of time, and arrived at the specified pick up time and it still took them another twenty minutes to make my order. I understand having to wait a few minutes, but twenty minutes is just ridiculous. Anyway, there were at least five other customers also impatiently waiting on their orders. The girl at the register was pretty rude and seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. No one else working seemed to either. They seemed really understaffed and poorly trained. Ill probably just get Wing Zone, Zaxbys, or Pizza Hut next time instead. All much, much better options.

I should start with, when Wing Stop first opened in 2015, they were amazing, incredible wings, friendly staff, very friendly atmosphere. I noticed a decline in the atmosphere first, unsavory element in the building, staff has turned rather rude. My biggest complaint is that the food is subpar. Overcooked, underseasonsed, I love wet wings, last time I ordered a 30pc wing half hot half mild, they were 20 minutes behind when they said they would be ready, and so overcooked, the sauce was nearly non existent, and the staff member informed me it happenes, when I called to complain. Stay away from Wing Stop, go to Hooters instead.

After visiting a friend in Murfreesboro I decided to stop at Wing Stop on the way home to get wings for the family. After 2 phone calls and many minutes driving around a shopping complex I found out that the wrong address listed. After speaking with Yvette, the manager with absolutely no customer service skills who uses phrases such as "like I said", I found out that they are aware they address is wrong. No, they do not bother to tell you that when you call to place an order. No, they still have not corrected the address. Did not pick up that order and I will never go to that store.

I have always been a lover of Wingstop. I am from Dallas, Texas and there are a ton of Wingstops there. Wingstop is my favorite place to get wings and great seasoned fries. And so when my mom and I moved to Murfreesboro, we were very happy that there was one here. I frequent Wingstop so much, that I have their number saved in my phone so that I can call them to get my order started and cooking and it can be done and ready or almost ready for me when I get there. Wingstop is no longer at this location. They have moved to this address: 3006 S. Rutherford Blvd Murfreesboro TN.
