Sat at bar took ten min to get recognized. Ordered a drink and dinner to go. Finished said drink put forward for a second . Girl comes by another ten mins asks me what u want I said a drink . And please check on food. Ten mins more still no drink and no food. I ask another person about food nada. Then u stop my girl Nikki. Said I dont care about drink I just want my food and to leave she grabs drink from counter and says oh here it is walks away. Finally someone brings me my food. So I ask for check ten more min suck down watered down drink guy next to me asks me why Ive stayed this long said he feels bad for me. Finally check give card. Get back receipt no pen to sign ask someone to borrow pen . Im no idiot I tipped. 4.00 normally Im a 20 percent plus. Take cold food home order wrong 1 he ten mins away from my life I wont get back avoid this place. Oh and charged me for watered down drink without a sorry.

S L O W VERY S L O W VERY VERY S L O W SERVICE... it took us over 45 minutes to get our food (Wings) & that was ridiculous especially since it wasnt that busy! Manager came over & basically tried to say that it was NO WAY that it could of been that long. Ok, you want to argue with your Customer? Finally after she walks away we start receiving our wings, and one order didnt have any sauce so the manager comes back, asks if there is anything else we needed & we tell her about the wings that didnt have any sauce and within MINUTES walks up to our table with FRESH HOT SAUCED WINGS... WOW!!!! But yet, it took us over 45 MINUTES to receive our order? I totally understand now too why they automatically add 18% Gratuity to your bill if you have 6 or more in your party because with the SLOW SLOW SERVICE that Buffalo Wild Wings cook staff hesitate on, the poor waitresses would get SCREWED on Tips!

Positive - Good service and nice atmosphere. Realize its a chain, but I took my husband to chicken wing night this Tuesday. He did nothing but complain because the chicken wings did look like baby bird wings - they were tiny and laughable. They need a supplier with fatter chickens. My food was pretty good (I had the hamburger), but one negative - if Im spending more than $40 with tip for two beers, hamburger, 10 baby chicken wings and fries, our food was served in those little paper containers. Cant they afford some more plastic serving dishes, even if the paper is over them. Im actually surprised the beer came in a glass container.

Great casual atmosphere, menu and service. Good place to meet up with friends/family. Not rushed or made to feel like you need to eat and run. The patio seating is very nice (weather permitting) Quite a few very Large "garage door type" wall of windows, that can be opened all the way to the high ceilings, give the area the feel of being on an actual outdoor patio. The staff had no problem opening/closing/partially opening the windows to our preference. Wonderful and relaxing dining experience.

Horrible. Not busy, but.took someone 5 minutes to seat us. Then was told that it was happy hour by the hostess & all appetizers were part of the deal. Then I only received half of my order due to part of it being dropped in the kitchen, so I ate what they brought me then ate the rest when it did arrive. While this was taking place I asked for a refill on my soda & that took about 10 minutes & the restaurant was not that busy.

Ive been waiting to be helped with my takeout for about 30 minutes now. No one has even asked my name for the order. Apparently the system is down, so they cant help any of the four of us. Yay. Id rather drive 30 minutes than come here again. The food was an hour cold by the time we got it. So, I asked for it to be remade. We got the old food back with double the tacos and half of the celery that we paid for. Go somewhere else.

We like the wings but now during the winter. We will only order to go. Last 2 times we have eaten there during winter we had to wear our jackets it was cold in there. Another location we go to they Had all these open tables but we had to stand by the entrance and wait for a hostess to return to be seated. And they elimationed the honey mustard flavor, my favorite. But i have to say the wings are pretty good.

Extended wait time for carry out on multiple occasions. Id recommend waiting an addl 10+ minutes onto what cashier quoted you to be safe. (I.e. if cashier says your order should be ready by 5:00, plan on *arriving* at 5:10 or a tad later.) Sad, but this is typical of almost any "bdubs". You truly get what you pay for at these restaurants.

Ill give them one thing, theyre consistent. Food is completely average and the service is slow at best--every single visit. Despite the existence of their lunch menu, the staff doesnt quite seem to understand the concept of an express lunch and diners are left waiting for their checks for longer than it takes to eat their food.

Sat in bar...bartender is also server Shes overwhelmed but extremely nice Shared concern with Manager who did nothing but make excuses by saying they were all overwhelmed, he was short staffed and he had food waiting for him to pick up. I clearly was an inconvenience for him...wont be back.

Wings were so-so. Glasses were dirty. Watched them pour a glass of foam, set it aside and later pour it into another customers glass when it had settled. This was repeated several times as we ate our ketchup coated wings. Wouldnt return if they offered free food and drinks for life.

I still go to B-dubs because I love some of there sauces; especially the Hot BBQ. Problem is, its so freaking expensive. Even on Tuesdays when they have the wing special, the prices are just closer to normal. Also, additional charges for condiments are ridiculous.

Staff varies greatly year to year, but management always seems far more polite here than at other franchise locations. I wish they had boneless deals on Tuesday AND Thursday like other locations do. Im a big fan of the boneless honey BBQ wings.

We eat here frequently and the staff and food is great. Service can be slow, but my biggest concern is the dipping sauce with a large order of wings. If you order in, you always get the large size sauce. If you get it to go, its small.

Amazing experience, amazing staff, amazing food ! Driving from Louisville to Chicago, we stopped here. The waitress Niki was very professional and nice. Even the manager stopped by to check on the quality of the food.

Went in for an early dinner and to try the new sauce. Service was good and quick. Food came out fast and was what you would expect. We frequent many Buffalo Wild Wings and they always seem to be the safe choice.
