In the past, Kays Pizza has been a wonderful place to dine, if a very greasy and messy and scary-looking one. The pizza was... Anything but fresh, and anything at all but artisanal, but it was delicious. The kind of thing youd expect out of a little local pizza joint in a small town like Gas City. However, over the past few years, the quality of the food has gone down significantly. It was never great to begin with when viewed objectively, however lately it has become absolutely disgusting. Soggy dough, miles of canned toppings slopped over the top, worthless service, and the occasional completely raw spot make it assuredly a pizza worth avoiding, and that makes me very sad, as I will always have fond memories of Kays.

This place is a dive so dont expect a great environment very small not very much seating. BUT.. I enjoy most of their food. I wouldnt recommend their fried chicken. But I do recommend their Pizza and strombolis because thats all I ever get there unless I happen to go there and chill with my band I will order tots or fries or maybe a salad. Normally I just call, pick it up and bring it home.

Kays has a new owner that has purchased a ton of new equipment and the food is just as amazing if not better than it has ever been! Menu has been expanded and prices are still unbelievably inexpensive! Cant wait for my next fully loaded pizza!

Ive been eating at Kays for as long as I can remember. It truly is a part of living in gas city. Good food from pizza to burgers. I recommend it to anyone looking for a small mom and pop type restaurant with amazing food.

I liked this place a lot. It felt honest, if that makes any sense. My dinner special was of acceptable quality for its price. The strawberry pie was good. I will be back to try the subs and pizza.

Online says they close at 11:30. When I called at 10:30 the lady that answered simply stated "thank you for calling. Sorry were closing." 1 full hour before the listed closing time.

Doesnt take credit debit cards. Place smells like old grease. Dirty. Pizza is thin and doughy. Fail.
