Honey Mustard: The honey mustard at first seemed to be like any other honey mustard from a fast food restaurant but with a Burger King twist, spit. Now this isnt literal by all means but looking at the honey mustard from face value I realized that it looks like someone took a huge mucus filled spit in it. Of course I had to eat the honey mustard to figure out if it was bad and surprise, it was. - 0 BBQ Bacon Burger: I dont remember asking the cashier for extra grease on my burger but apparently its added on for free, how kind of them! Tried to eat it and made me want to throw up. - 0 Customer Service: Cashier looked like she hated her job immensely which made me feel for her. I went there to eat, not feel. - 10 (for the feels)

Dont go anytime after 5pm. The Managment changes most days at 5, food quality goes down very badly. You will probably encounter long wait times in drive through and cold Beef and Chicken products that have been sitting for a while. Employees generally are not held to a high standard....then again what can you expect from a Burger King in Wetumpka owned by a third party. Quality control is very sparatic at this location, must have poor managment structure.

Place was clean enough and staff was friendly and courteous. The food was way below Burger King standards though, and Ive been to a lot of Burger Kings, I travel 45 to 48 weeks each year. The Whopper I was served was old, it had assumed room temperature long before I got it. No warmer for storage, no microwave to reheat it? Should it be kept indefinitely to be sold later even if you get your warmer or microwave repaired? Bad food, cold and old.

Terrible customer service from the drive-through attendant. Even after repeating my order multiple times they still got it wrong. After having them corrected at the first window. Arrived at home to find out it was still wrong. The only saving grace was the gentleman who took my money at the first window was very polite and friendly.

Very friendly staff. During the weekend this is an excellent place to bring the kids. Locals meet here to talk while their children play together in the indoor playground! Large parking lot makes it easy to get in and out.

Food and service was exceptional and fast. But I definitely didnt get the 2 for 4 deal that was advertised. I paid a $1.58 more. Loved the chairs felt like I was eating at home. Next time I will check the receipt.
