I loved the Pad Thai when i first went to Siam Terrace and in fact was so impressed that i went back few more times and also recommended this place to a bunch of my friends. However, i have noticed that they are understaffed and this affects their service. The last visit [on a Sunday afternoon] was the worst experience and i have decided to stop going to Siam Terrace. First off, the waitress brought out water but did not hand us straws. She then brought out the appetizers but did not give us plates to eat the appetizers in. Then she brought me my lunch - curry and rice - and did not give me an empty plate!! to make matter worse the curry did not contain all the ingredients listed on the menu which totally changed the taste. The waitress did not bother to come out and check on us after she handed out the main course. and finally when i complained at the end of the meal, all she did was say "I am so sorry". Like I said, the food is good, but their service is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, the WORST and DISAPPOINTING.

I paid $15 for a the Salmon Ginger dish and was VERY disappointed. The dish came out as a salmon steak in the middle of a pool of ginger sauce. The flavors were good, but the salmon was very tough and chewy. I debated the freshness of the fish and lost any confidence in the kitchens ability to prepare fish. Not once did any of the employees ask me how my food was. It was not a busy night, there were maybe 3 other tables seated while I was there. Additionally, the Salmon Ginger was one of the "Recommended" food items on the menu.

One of the worst experience Ive ever have. US-style Thai food, oilly, with its price unupdated online. (If you click "order online" youll find that perhaps their menu hasnt been updated for years! )They also miscooked the food that a girl ordered as chicken to be vegetable. Would it cost a lot for the waiter to configure what have customers ordered? My review is not comprehensive, though. Pad Thai, and custard pudding are US-style, instead of traditional Thai style. Perhaps I should have ordered curry instead.

We had a coupon clearly shows "Buy one entry, get one free" BUT when I give them the coupon, they said "its buy one get one half off, not free" DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?? The manager said theres a typo on the coupon. How can you mess up "Free" and "50%off"??? I told them thats not my mistake, they have to honor what says on the coupon, but they said if I dont pay the second half, they gonna call the cop What restaurant is this?? There are other Thai restaurant in town, dont choose this one

I went to Siam Terrace last night and got their Cashew stir fry. I am still salivating at the thought of it. I asked them to add chicken, mushrooms and broccoli to the stir fry as well and it was so delicious. Our waitress was attentive and friendly even though we stayed long after our meal just talking. I would recommend this place not only for those who like Thai food, but for those that are a little less culinarily adventurous and just want a good stir fry.

Ive been twice now, and have a third visit planned next week! The soup, the Thai pastas, the California roll--its all great!! Service is friendly and speedy as well. If theres a cold wind, be careful where you sit, because there can be quite the breeze when the doors opened! Also, not sure how this garnered the $$. Most of their lunch specials are less than $7 and include a house salad.

I eat there a lot and the food is not only delicious but very consistant. Weve always found the waitstaff to be friendly, although occasionally overworked because the place is busy. As a vegetarian I especially recommend their pad thai with tofu, cashew nut with tofu and if you are willing to splurge a little the mock duck basil is out of this world! It is my favorite Thai food anywhere.

Excellent restaurant! We discussed spicy heat levels of our orders with the server and were extremely pleased that our food was served exactly as we wanted. We shared 2 entrees, fire cracker chicken and heaven duck curry. Both were delicious. And, we had the most delightful server - her friendliness and attentive service greatly enhanced an already wonderful meal.

I ordered delivery. My pad kee mao did not appear to have ever met basil and chili paste, which is pretty sad since those are the primary flavorings. It also was less than half noodles by volume. Either they were being sloppy and forgot ingredients or have the worst recipe Ive ever tried. The cashew nut was okay but nothing special. Overall Im not impressed.

Horrible service. After our food was delivered, we never saw the wait staff again. We waited 20 minutes and our water was never refilled and no one came back to check on us. We had to search out the wait staff and ask for the check just to leave. I overheard other tables experiencing the same issues, staff was completely oblivious and seemed not to care.

Ate there many years ago and did not like any of the 3 entrees we ordered.. it was all plain and tasted funny. Then heard they have new owners? So decided to try some stir fried noodle dish yesterday and it did not taste good at all. But thats just my opinion. And no, i wont be going there ever again.. hope your experience goes better than mines!

Siam Terrace is hands down the best Thai in town. Ive gone many, many times and have never had any trouble with service, so the poor service described below is an anomaly in my experience. Great vegetarian and vegan options - no fish sauce. The eggplant tempura, pad see yoo, curries, and mock duck basil are all fantastic choices.

Taken by friends for a Friday night dinner. The Summer rolls were very good as was the Crab Rangoon and both were reasonably priced for appetizers. The Curry dish ordered was declared superb and the 2 Chicken dishes were flavorful and nicely done. Service was very good with the decor and atmosphere being casual and comfortable.

Loves the food. Im a vegetarian, and this place has very good options for me. I ordered Fried rice in red curry which was super delicious. The green curry is also good. And the sticky rice with mango dessert is very good. There are a lot of good options for non vegetarians too. However, you may find it a bit expensive.

Went tonight for dinner and ordered a thai green curry. It was extremely spicy, near inedible (and Im Indian!). Although the server was gracious enough to ask if I wanted something else, the owner returned and literally reprimanded me for my order. One of the worst dining experiences. I will not be returning.

If you are looking for great sushi on a budget, I would recommend Siam Terrace over KoFusion. The sushi is fresh, and the menu also offers main dishes that are delicious. The restaurant is family owned, so support this great place!

Siam Terrace has very great deals on lunch specials. The decor should be updated. But, Im there to eat the food, not the wall decorations. Im always satisfied when I got there for meals, definitely a recommended location!

I have never had Thai food before trying this place but I loved it. I like how you can chose how spicy or not your food can be. This is incredibly helpful for somebody that thinks mayo is on the spicy side.
