I really wanted to like Veg-In-Out, I even ordered it twice to give it another shot. The people are really nice and they deliver to your door, you cant beat that. But the point of a food business is the food, and the food has left me unsatisfied. It just doesnt taste that good. Most of the dishes seem to have a taste like they were made some time ago, frozen, and in the unthawing stage it lost a lot of flavor. Other dishes taste as though they were hastily prepared in large quantities, and the cook didnt bother to taste the batch. Sometimes they taste burnt, sometimes under-seasoned, sometimes they just taste like they shouldnt be served to the public. Also Im really not sure the portions are large enough to last for a week. Youd have to be a skimpy eater. If you do manage to make it last for a week, make sure you keep the food in the freezer, or it will go bad by day 3 or 4. It seems that other people have had better experiences than I. While super convenient at times, I would rather stick to buying groceries, cooking, and eating food that tastes good.

This service has saved us so much time and stress. Were both very busy people traveling for work on top of trying to redo our kitchen. We just dont have time or space to cook, but eating out adds up and just makes you feel bad on a psychological level. Just popping these meals into the oven allows us to eat good food like we would make for ourselves if we had the time. The food itself is delicious and filling. We split each full order between us for a meal, and while we COULD eat more, were actually full on just that. Its flavorful from a variety of culinary styles (Italian, Korean, Mediterranean, etc all in one week!). We feel like were eating the perfect amount and that the meals are very balanced and healthy. The dessert is optional, but worth it! The cashew cheesecake we got a week ago received rave reviews from everyone who tried it, and it was so rich it served as dessert for multiple meals. Additionally the chef is incredibly nice when we pick up our order, and there are complimentary cookies at pick-up!

after my daughter was born, we had veg-in-out delivered for 3 months straight. and i often gift a weeks worth of veg-in-out to friends who have just had babies, or if someone we know is ill. it is a great gift! the food has always been great but now they have a new chef and its definitely on a new level. just take a look at their menu! of course, the best thing is that its delivered to your house! i highly recommend trying it out for a week. its a nice break from having to cook all week, and it costs the same as the groceries i would have had to buy (and then cook).

My step daughter sent us the sample foods to try after Jims heart attack as we were told by our cardiologist that a vegetarian diet would improve his chances of not having a second heart attack. We absolutely loved all the dishes. The service was great, folks at Eden Out could not have been nicer. The prices were great, cheaper than buying all the ingredients. I will recommend this group to the Dr. Dean Ornish Heart Path Group that Jim is participating in now.

Healthy food prepared with love. I appreciate the variety week to week. The convenience is wonderful fro someone who doesnt have the ability or time to cook good and healthy foods everyday. I am grateful for not having to plan menus. Makes life easier and tastier. I have no idea what the negatives on here are about, but these folks are providing a really valuable service/product. Folks are friendly and super nice and accomodating.

This place downright sucks. If you walk in its like a run down fast food joint, and I would not buy food from this place. THe food all tastes the same by the 5th day. The receptionist is a rude, and moody jap. They SAY they use 100% organic ingredients on the window but if you grill them on this they hem and haw about it and say we TRY to use organic ingredients. Whatever. I cant believe this place is still business honestly.

Have been a client off and on for several years and never been disappointed! The food is excellent, can always be "doctored" up with a piece of trout or cheese if youre not vegan, which we arent. Great service, can customize your order if you dont prefer something in particular on the menu. It saves us money from eating out at lunch each day and is so much better for us, health-wise. Go for it!
