Im going to update. Clerk was mumbling in the speaker and tried to tell us that we could not upgrade our drink to a frozen hot chocolate, something we have done many times before, then was only "pretty sure" you could upgrade to a Blizzard. She continued to argue with us that the salted caramel blondie blizzard was two different things.... really?! Its the featured blizzard. How do you not know what it is? The service here is always terrible and they are always out of ingredients to make stuff. Super frustrating. Id go to the Dairy Queen in Brownsburg, but its just as bad.

Good place to stop by to eat. DQ has a large menu selection and good people. They have a tendency to over mix their " blizzards" but ask them not to and they are very accommodating. Its a very nice clean business and you cant miss it from the street. So if you are passing through Clermont and are hungry this DQ might do. In fact it might be the only place to eat.

Ive been a number of times now and while the hot food is good they cant get the cold correct at all. 90% of the blizzards Ive gotten here havent been mixed correctly or in the case of the royales, not been right on the first try every time. Im done coming to this location because Im tired of having them correct my order.

Not a bad DQ. The people are usually nice, service is pretty slow though. If you hit up the drive thru, expect at least a 4-10 min window. Also, turning out of this location is horrible. They have this huge bush that completely obstructs view. You have to basically chance it & gun it when you pull out.

Horrible treatment. Vehicles blocking the exit and teen manager Taylor/Tyler said "So". So customers trapped on parking lot waiting for something to be done. I called them from the parking lot. Waited 25 min before able to get through the line backed around the building and drive thru.

The people and the food there were awesome. The people there were nice and friendly,yet still moved at a quick paste. The food looked like the picture, the store was very clean, and a girl with braces works there,and she was funny..and knows how to do business. Great store!

It was near closing and the manager was obviously anxious to get us out of the building while we were waiting for our friend to arrive who went to the wrong location. The manager cared more about going home than serving us.

First visit and was super impressed. We have never had them serve our shakes "upside down" at any other dq. The staff was friendly and nice. Prices were to be expect for being a Dairy Queen.

Ive always had acceptable service here. Nothing to write home about, but at least they actually mix your toppings into the blizzard unlike the DQ down the street.
