Took my 3 year old here for a small cup of ice cream with sprinkles. Was charged for a small sundae because "sprinkles count as a topping." Every other Dairy Queen Ive gone to charges me for a small ice cream and usually $.25 for the sprinkles. So I paid twice as much for a quantity of ice cream I neither needed nor wanted, and was upset. Now, whether that affected my order or if this place is just cheap is uncertain, but my Smores Blizzard had less than 10 pieces of chocolate and no graham cracker (aside from what gets ground up into the ice cream), and we waited over 10 minutes for our order. My husband and our friends were not happy with the amount of toppings in theirs either, since we all got less than halfway through our cups and ran out of topping to go with the ice cream. Positives? Restaurant was clean and comfortable and I dont live on this side of town, so I have no real reason to come back. Regardless, the service was poor and I dont think we got what we paid for.

Went their once and had a melted blizzard. Not good. Next time I thought Id give it another chance and I had to repeat 3 times what I was ordering. Then repeat twice what kind of sauce I wanted. I asked if their was a radio issue and I would just pull forward for him, and the guy said no. So I know that wasnt the case. Then there was 1 car in front of me and 5 cars in the parking lot (which were probably the workers), and I waited 15 minutes in line. Then when I left after I got my food they forgot my sauce that I had to repeat AND the Sprite was all club soda with no flavoring. If I wasnt in such a hurry to get back to work because I had to wait in line so long, I would of went and spoke with a manager. On the bright side the girl at the window was very sweet and thats why I gave it 2 stars.

Very slow service every time Ive been there, and always a backup of people waiting for food. Tonight we waited and waited for an order of ice cream cones. Meanwhile, their store hours had apparently ended, so they deadbolted the doors while we and 8 other customers were still out on the patio. After 30 minutes the manager came to tell us they were out of vanilla ice cream and the chocolate ice cream wouldnt scoop up properly. No apology for the wait, no offer to make up for our wasted time. Sad to say, this store is not worth the hassle. Update: The general manager called to apologize, address the situation, and make up for our poor experience. We will likely give thus DQ another try.

They gave me my blizzard with my receipt wrapped around it and the cup was covered in ice cream and chocolate. My blizzard was so runny it was not a blizzard. Very disappointing. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager offered to remake it. By the way if your employee who made it improperly is curious what is wrong he should have a bit more tact. Asking whats wrong with it in a condescending tone just made my experience even worse. I got my money back and went to a different location.

Slow service, got ripped off on my whole meal. Flamethrower didnt have hardly any sauce on it, fries were supposed to be a large, but hardly got any, and my Oreo Blizzard just sucked. To top that off, Im pretty sure they didnt give me a large... tho "Joel" said that it is. Thats cool, Ill just take it up the corporate ladder. This DQ is just bad.

The restaurant invests in the community. They always are having community events and the food is the normal DQ experience. Price is decent and service is what can be expected. Met the owner once when he bought a doggie ice cream and gave it to us for our pets that were out on the patio. Nice people.

The drive thru crew is awful! Ive had two poor experiences that have have resulted in the wrong ice cream and incomplete orders. Its a blizzard.... its not that hard. If you dont understand what is coming over the headset, ask or repeat it. Dont just guess.

Drive thru line is consistently wrapped around the building, out into the street. Shy with toppings. Very very slow service, but my wife is pregnant and wants Blizzards so I live here now.

Everytime I order food it is cold and the ice cream is partially melted. The drive thru is very slow and the workers never seem to be moving very quickly for the line that they have.

This places hours of operation are not up to date. They are only open til 9:30 pm per a piece of paper stuck to their drive through. The lobby is only open til 9 pm.
