The customer service was absolutely horrible. We were not greeted, and when the girl approached the register she just stared at us so we had to initiate the conversation. They were rude the entire time and made for a horrible experience. Before leaving my husband asked to speak to the manager, he told her how horrible out experience was and she never once apologized or tried to do anything to make it right. And then the manager and her employees were all upfront laughing about the whole situation showing they did not care at all about taking pride in their work and taking care of their customers. Ive worked in customer service for many years and I am a manager of a professional business and this was very disheartening. I hope this review gets in the hands of the right person so something can be done. I cant imagine how many others have had the same experience.

Muskegon Burger King on Terrace Avenue is the worst Burger King I have ever been to homeless people or should I say underprivileged people sleeping in the booth the people that work there were giving them free food and drink they look like they were on God knows what the order-taker got my order wrong when I went back up to get salt the manager wouldnt even look at me she was too busy talking to one of her friends dont particularly care for Burger King but we were hungry thats probably the last time I will go to Burger King anywhere if you had the option to give a negative * I would have

This Burger King is the best location in Muskegon. A great time to go is lunch time because the food is the freshest then. Also there is an employee by the name of Sammy that makes the best sandwiches there. I have been coming here for close to 30 years and he has been working there. So experience like that goes a long way.

I work here, and we do not say that we are open 24hr. We have NO Signs that say that. You must be mistaken. We are open till 1am or 3am depending on the day and if its a Holiday. My co workers are all great!!

When ordering a sandwich and you ask for no onions. Then you you take that first bit and you get a mouth full of nasty onions. Looked on the bag and it has a "H" over the onions picture... nice work guys
