Always busy - and for good reason. This place, more than any I can think of, shows that if you have a good product you can be successful in the restaurant world. There have been other things in this location that did not last . . . and to be honest it is not a super great location. I mean, I like its small town street feel. But parking is less than ideal (but never that big of a deal, you just have to walk a block or 2) and its not like Cicero has a huge population to support it . . . which means people are going out of their way to go here. To me it is this simple - well above average food at very fair prices combined with a little atmosphere. I eat here a good amount - sometimes solo at the bar, sometimes with the wife, sometimes with wife and kids. Have all my meals been great? No, but they have never been worse than "good". Most are very good and better than most anything in Noblesville or Cicero and often this place is cheaper. The menu has options . . . .lots of them. This probably means some things are never going to be as good as if they focused on just a few things. I honestly only get a few things and they are always good (steak sliders are my favorite, but I also get burgers or chicken and noodles). It should be said that I am a member of the country club were the Chef came from and much of this menu is what I have been eating for the past decade. Downsides - always a wait. Just accept that. And the place is small and cen feel cramped at some tables. I dont care for the basement as much as upstairs. It feels like someones basement. But it is no kids down there and at times that is very nice. :)

I had heard about how great this place was from several friends. When I entered the front door, I was told I had to wait. I had called ahead one hour prior to arrival. While I waited in a cramped hallway, the tables were empty for up to fifteen minutes and I asked the hostess why that was. She stated the kitchen staff could not keep up with the orders. When we were seated, we were placed in a corner booth for four and they put six of us in a corner table. The hamburger was good but not excellent and the French fries seemed like they had been dropped in the frying pan for a second time. The server was outstanding, the rest of the visit was average. Never saw anyone who resembled a manager, just young girls at the front desk. While waiting no one asked if we wanted a drink, and the restroom was filthy and smelled.

My wife and I patronized 10 West in Cicero about a year or so ago, my hamburger was good but it was the first time that I ever paid about $10 for a hamburger. The first bite squirted out a large glob of oily, greasy yellowish green goo onto the middle of my chest of a dress shirt I wore for the first time. When I tried to carefully remove it, it spread like a viral disease. When we go out for dinner, we go for the food, not the ambience of the establishment, the noise level of this restaurant was extreme, almost unbearable. I am used to the noise levels on a firing range, race tracks and automotive repair , not at a restaurant. Overall the food was good, overpriced, overly saturated with "special sauce" that blew out like a Claymore mine, and noise level like the firing line at the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot.

Excellent food with amazing prices for the quality. Our bill for 2 people was $72 which included an appetizer, 2 entrees, 3 desserts, and 2 additional side items. The horseradish tomato soup was out of this world - as a lifelong tomato soup fan, I highly recommend this. The fried ravioli appetizer was delicious and came with 8 raviolis and a very nice marinara. My wife had the walleye which was out of this world. Im not a fan of fish but I could have ate the entire thing with a smile on my face. I got the peppercorn steak with mushrooms on top. The creamed corn is the best Ive ever had and would definitely recommend that. The service was ASTOUNDING. They were on top of it all night and I never saw an empty water glass despite drinking it like it was going out of style. All of this on a packed Saturday night.

This spot has been struggling for years to find a permanent eating establishment. With 10 West I think the search is over. The layout, lighting, and decor are awesome, make sure you check out the bar downstairs. The service is awesome! We had a young good looking waiter name Max, what a stud. He was helpful in figuring out what we wanted to eat. I had the steak cooked to perfection along with tasty creamed corn, yes it was actually good. Normally cream corn sucks to me. The starter salads are fresh and full of flavor. About the only negative here is the beer selection sucks, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. If you live in Cicero do yourself a favor and move, but first try 10 West.

The food was good as was the service. Having said that, they dont take reservations. We called one hour early to put our name on a waiting list. When we arrived, we were told to expect about a 20 minute wait. We went to the bar in the basement hoping it would be less noisy. About 45 minutes and a few drinks later, we were seated at a table in the basement bar. As I said, the service was good. Too much time to wait for an okay meal in a noisy dark bar setting. I may try the restaurant again but only for a drink and an appatizer.

I had the wonderful privilege of dinning at 10 West with some of my family recently on a trip west from Pa. Heavenly is the only adjective that comes close to describing our culinary experience. If you ever have the opportunity to eat there be prepared to enjoy the best food in Indiana and all of the Midwest as far as that goes. Thank you Bill and Lisa for your 5 star restaurant.

Food is overpriced. Kids grill cheese, Nachos, and a Tenderloin sandwich with a piece of cheese cake came to $46. Took 45 minuets to get the food after the order. Constantly looking for the server throughout the meal. The pretty building isnt worth the overpriced small portions and poor service. And to add to the insult there was a automatic 18% gratuity added to the check.

Fav place to eat now! We go at least twice a month for the past year and have never had one bad meal. They are quite busy, obviously if the food is amazing they are going to be busy so we call ahead. The food, atmosphere and service is impeccable so we dont mind waiting. Bar drinks are always generous and the entire menu has very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!

It seems every visit here has a catch. Either we sit by the door, have to wait an hour beyond our reservation, and or receive cold food. For such a small town, they can be a little slow or have off nights more so than in Carmel or Indy. Most folks are probably happy to get $10 steaks on Wednesdays. Eat on partner. I will be in the city.
