Every time I go in, there is a hoard of loud teenagers behind the counter. They are not ready to help, in fact they will look at you several times walk past you and say nothing until you have been standing for several silent minutes. This makes customers feel like they are not important. The real reason I am reviewing this location today is because of an incident I witnessed. A pregnant woman was patiently waiting fir her dessert and the young lady serving her was in a great hurry. When she went to serve the woman her two desserts she thrust the drinks at the pregnant woman and dropped them before the woman had a chance to actually grab them. She managed to catch one but the other fell to the ground and splattered all over the woman, the floor and several other customers. I was astounded, but I was outraged when the woman and a couple of young customers started to clean up the mess while the staff went on in indifferent silence. No appologies. No help. Just rude children haphazardly throwing together frozen desserts.

Just left here was asked what I want on my hamburger I said anything but mustard ordered a small drink hamburger with lettuce tomato onion pickle ketchup mayo....I GOT A HAMBURGER WITH MUSTERD to me it doesnt seem like a difficult order smh

I got food poisoning from your restaurant I have been in pain for two days the health department will be notified of this you should really train the young kids working there on food temps and washing hands and utencles

Good Dairy Queen location. The staff are friendly however sometimes the service is slow, which is to be expected. They have booth seating inside so you can sit and enjoy your meal or ice cream.

2 weeks ago i ordered a babna split in a cup and got it. Today I went over there and ordered the same thing and they said they couldnt do it. I ordered it in a cup cause I needed it to go.

My burger and fries were burnt and they gave me a tiny piece of lettuce on my sandwich and my table was sticky the only positive thing was the lady that took my order she was wonderfull

Me and my girlfriend stopped in for some Blizzards, service took awhile. Seems like a cool teenage hangout, to bad the staff feels the same way. No decent authority in place.
