On 12/16/14 I ordered an Ultimate Platter for breakfast (to go). The egg was a small square that might fit a small biscuit. This morning I ordered the same, told the young man about the egg from yesterday. When I got to my office I open the bag to find NO hashbrowns, NO butter for the hot cakes, ONE syrup and NO knife to cut anything. Also, the egg was the same except it was muddled up to look different. No more BK for breakfast!

Generally filthy ... Id hate to look in Cooking Area. No hygienic food-handling. Uninterested staff. food is terrible,even for a burger King. Not a choice for Locals. Bottom of the barrel. They must use the same frying oil for EVERYTHING! The Cheetos Chicken Fries smelled & tasted like fishdicks, and I DONT like putting fishdicks in my mouth. Orders wrong, no ice, half the drinks from the machine were out and the service was extremely slow. While we ate we saw customer after customer get very upset; some got impatient enough that they asked for their money back. Bathrooms...well, just go somewhere else.

Stood there at the counter, and not one of their staff of at least 5 people could be bothered to acknowledge my presence. However, 1 of them could come out and get in line behind me for his break. I left after 7 minutes. They dont even deserve 1 star.

The hash browns were barely warm. The biscuit was small and not fluffy. The place was not busy yet we had to wait for food. I assumed that wait meant the food would be fresh and hot but it didnt taste that way.
