I have eat a IHOP in the past few months and have had a wonderful experience every time. This IHOP hasnt had a lot of positive reviews in the past and it is due to having the wrong waitress / server. Ask for Melissa she is the short cute blond with glasses. Melissa always does a superb job at keeping our drinks refreshed as well as going out of her way to ensure our food and experience is more than great. Melissa has such a refreshing personality and attitude about what she does it keeps me and my friends wanting to come there over and over and eat. THANK YOU SO MUCH MELISSA for such dinning experiences.

Great service. Clean restaurant and bathrooms were also clean. My meal came fast and the portions were large. Love the fact when you ask for coffee they fill a carafe so you do not have to find your waitress for your refill that the coffee is right there readily available. Waitress was very nice and prompt when asked for any extra request.

When we arrived our hostess accidentally seated us in the wrong area, one of the waiters named Robin proceeded to come and yell and tell us we were in the wrong area. She kept rolling her eyes and saying rude things to the nice hostesss under her breath. All I could think was poor hostess. Robin proceeded to be rude the whole meal.

To bad there is a no star. Twice in a row hair in my food also today my sister in law had a hair in her food. As we were leaving looked in the kitchen no one had a hair net on or rubber gloves. Manger said she would make it right. Still paired for my tea and wifes food Nothing taken off sister in laws bill

Food is usually good but staffing is a huge problem. Almost every time we go its at least an hour wait for food and either the kitchen or the serving staff is a mess. They usually have some excuse about missing tickets or short staffed but I really think this may be a management issue.

Was good service and mostly good food. Just dont bother ordering the Tbone. Its paper thin and seemed to come straight out of the freezer. Sear on the outside was okay, but was still raw and cold in center. No flavor either. Eggs and pancakes were excellent though.

The service is horrible been here for over an hour ordered our drinks within five minutes took twenty minutes to order and the rest of the time waiting the food that came out after we got up and said something came out below anything of what we expect of ihop

One of our party didnt get food until after the rest were done. The management and staff got most of our tickets wrong and had to wait 20 minutes to get the tickets correct. Literal clusterfuck from beginning to end.

drove forty miles to eat at ihop, saw two roaches crawling around the server killed one on the table did not wipe it off then they set 3 guys down at the table. the food was cold the coffee was old and bitter.
