Was the only car in the drive thru. Our potato soft taco was completely open and all over the bag.i put it together and the tortilla was hard as well as the potatos. My chicken quesadilla was not good with too much cheese and hardly any sauce. My soft taco was so greasy it soaked through the wrapper and the bag. The bean burrito, while tasty, was split from top to bottom. Making it very difficult to eat. The drive thru lady cut me with her finger nail.. this is the only one star review Ive ever given for any place.

Cant use a DEBIT card to purchase gift cards. Totally ridiculous. Especially when I have done it before with no problem. New management I guess. Lost business which is stupid to me. $500 in Gift cards purchased at Sonic, McDonalds and Subway with a DEBIT card with no problems. Someone needs to get their act together.

Waited at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes before greeted the first time. They tried to give me someone elses order because they had sat mine aside and forgot about it. When they finally found my order, it was cold and poor quality. Worst experience Ive ever had at a Taco Bell.

Terrible morale, terrible service, no integrity in any of our food. My xxl burrito was falling apart when I received it. They messed up most of our order and top it all off this store was freezing cold. It felt like someone left the walk-in cooler open for days or something.

Husband was just there 1045 pm wed. Ordered soft taco lettuce was watery and tortilla was stuck to wrapper not good ..nice people just some mistake s too often the last time the food was cold drive thru to.retraing all the the same would be consistent and better.

Air condition was blasting, too cold to eat literally. Quality of food was very poor for taco bell. 3 items were left off the order. Staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.
