We went in yesterday December 17th 2016 at the bowling green Kentucky location and Eric was the manager on duty. I know that because I walked to the counter to get ketchup And he was being rude to the girl working, he said something and when she asked him what he said he got loud and rude with her even after she explained she couldnt hear what he said. Then we had order 28, they called 25, then 30, 31. After waiting like 15 minutes and th skipping us I walked up and he came to me and I said I was wondering about our order our number got skipped he said yea our printer broke so you want a refund or me to make the food? Very rude, he didnt apologize, when I told him just make the food as I was walking off he told the other man working make sure you apologize to them A lot. He should of at least said sorry, and been a little more kind about it. He obviously knew there was an issue and was able to reprint our receipt because he didnt ask what we got or for our receipt but our order was correct. That is the only positive I had from that experience was the food was good. Im not sure what qualities you look for in a manager, but he was not a positive look on the company.

With my job, I travel city to city alot. No matter where I go to eat, I always get a cheeseburger and French fries. I seen Five Guys on Shark Tank and liked the idea. I found out they are in to Bowling Green... Now every time I come to Bowling Green, I eat Five Guys. Out of all the places I have tried a burger and fries, Five Guys is by far the best of them all. The prices are a little high, but the quality of the food is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and food is cooked fresh on the grill right in front of you while you wait.

I dont understand the hype of this place. My first experience with it was in DC, and I thought then maybe it was just that I went to a bad one. Then we got one here in BG and I found the same lackluster burger and fries. For the price I would expect a better burger.

It sucks, I do not know why people always say five guys is good; but its not. Its expensive and the food is no better than McDonalds. I ordered 2 hamburgers and regular fries plus 2 regular drinks. and the total was almost $20!!!!!! What kind of restaurant is this?

Their cajun fries is so delicious...has a unique taste and fresh...veggie burger is so good and fresh all the time...their roasted peanuts in the shop is yummy..makes the waiting time delicious...

Too expensive for the food theyre offering. I feel or see no value in this place. Yes, theyre trying to keep up with "style" but waffle house style is not the trend.

Food tastes great and is fresh but very greasy. Prices seem to be double what I remember a few years ago. Not worth the price anymore, in my opinion.
