Just visited this Taco Bell. After waiting 30 minutes to make my order I asked for no tomatoes on my power burrito and was told tomatoes do not come with this burrito. I was skeptical since the item shows tomatoes on it in the picture, but I thought that must me peppers. The employee surely knows better than I what comes with this burrito. Then I asked for a side of rice and was told they do not sell rice as a side. So no rice. The trip took a total of about 40 minutes. When I got home and bit into my burrito there were tomatoes. I blame management for this experience. I would not recommend this establishment however, this is the only Taco Bell in our town so I doubt this review will make a difference.

The people who work at Taco Bell in Prattville are so rude. You got our order wrong, we come back the next day to tell them and they say we are wrong and interupt us to get your point across? You got our order wrong. You are in the wrong. You are not supposed to embaress the customer and tell them they are wrong. You do NOT try to start an arguement with your customers. You do NOT interupt the customer to argue more. You are supposed to address the issue and move on. Your manager and corporate office will be hearing from us.

This is probably the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to, and often you still have to park and go inside after the 30+ minute drive-through experience because they inevitably leave something out. I keep swearing Ill never go back, but I love their Power Menu bowls, and they keep drawing me back in for another lengthy visit. I love the food, but please -PLEASE- provide better management so that your customers can have a more efficient experience.

The food is good my cashier was amazing .. The manager Ron is completely rude and unprofessional. He has no clue what a managers role is and how customer service works. He yelled at me , a customer, and the cashier from the cook line as if I we were childildren as the cashier was helping he make a food choice in front of a lobby full of customers.. I am not happy and definitely unsatisfied.. I will be contacting corporate..

Good food & friendly staff. My only complaints are they can NEVER get my name right. Its Jason, not Justin or Jesse or anything else lol. Theyve skipped my order once & I had to go up to the counter & tell them, but I got free cinnamon twists so thats fair to me, I wasnt in a hurry. Theres 1 cashier who interrupts you when youre talking; unfortunately I cant remember her name.

Our family loves Taco Bell but this one is always crowded and busy and takes hours because its the only one. The city really meeds to open one up in Millbrook so we dont have to drive to Prattville just to have some and go through the horrible line. Other than that they do really good!

Very fast drive threw, my order was right even with all the modifications I made to the food, friendly smiling face at the drive threw, and everything was hot. This was an excellent Taco Bell that is managed very well and the food was great.

Awesome service. If you go a decent amount of times theyll remember you by name. Sometimes theyll even give you some cinnamon twists for free for being a return customer. A few of the workers always make sure to say hey when they see us.

Just got home from there and called up there bc 2 of my quesaritos didnt have the avacodo ranch that i paid $1.20 was not no them. So i get on the phone and the manger called me a lier bc "he made them". Whatever!

Its always a hassle to get in and out. Drive thru line is always long. Never anywhere to park to go inside. Food is usually good. Never any real problems.
