Let me begin by saying that I am a waitress myself so I know the difference between good service and poor service. We went in at 10 pm on Easter (they close at 12) our waitress Sarah P. seemed less than enthused to serve us. There were only 6-7 tables being used in the entire place. The order and food delivery process went smooth enough. However, after she dropped off the food she did not once ask how it was or if we needed refills. I eventually had to get up and go get our drinks myself from the bar. I informed the bar tender that we had a waitress but she hadnt been around. Not one person apologized including the server. While we were finishing our drinks she dropped off the new bill without acknowledging where Id gotten them from. I put the money on the table and we left shortly after. While walking to our car she opened the door on the patio and yelled out to us asking if we paid (mind you we walked out really slowly) I told her we had and she stood there and said she didnt see it prompting me to explain where it was. Again no apology whatsoever. I have never been accused of not paying my bill and it was not as if we left suspiciously. Altogether it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I understand it was a holiday but we didnt come in late, she wasnt busy, and because im a waitress we are very understanding individuals. There is just no excuse in my book to be that incredibly rude. Make sure you do not get Sarah P. as your waitress.

Would give zero stars if I could. When entering the greeter was rude and didnt want to say anything to us. We was seated in the middle of the dinning area which wasnt a problem. The problem was we was never serviced. No drink order taken no one came to check if we been helped nothing but stares. It wasnt a busy day seen servers standing around. Also 3 different group of people came in was seated and orders taken almost immediately. After waiting for nothing for 20 minutes (used a timer on my phone to see how long we would wait) we left. Greeter still didnt say anything or make an attempt to see what was wrong. Unacceptable

The food is par for the course but the staff if not able to handle crunch time when there are popular events. The management would rather just not answer the phone during heavy order times but rather the customer drive all the way there only to find out they are not taking any more carry-out orders. They could have simply answered the phone or set a answering service to warn any would-be customers that they are not able to conduct business as usual. Will simply drive to a different location to get an order next time.

Food was subpar the first time(gooey/undercooked, dont eat if gooey! Can cause food poisoning or even death!), second time was acceptable, staff slow to acknowledge you, took 3 min to get beer when inside bar area, there was only 5-8 people in bar area including myself. Decor, not very good. Plainfield bw3s is so much better on EVERYTHING! Will only come here(Avon) if on my way home. Will take buddies to Plainfield.

The food used to be awesome at BWW but when we came up from NC we soon realized that customer service here is hard to find, menus that do not smell like diapers have to be looked for by your waitress/ waiter. And if you want chewy, gritty boneless chicken with breading that falls off before you eat it than this is the place for you. P.s. Clean your dang menus you nasty things.

I thought BWW did a great job hosting the McGregor & Mayweather fight. We were given misleading information by the hostess at the door but the manager cleared everything up and was very accommodating. For as packed as it was, our waitress was pretty quick to return with orders.

Awesome service, especially for a wing joint. Wings were nice and hot. Beer was cold and my waitress was on point. Even the manager goes around tables asking if we needed anything. Will definitely be back.

The manager has been too busy both times we asked to speak with him on 2 trips. Also, they carry NTN which is great, but do not offer QB1, so our club of 15 found another location that does. Shame.
