We use to love going here for lunch on our date night. The food, while not the best, was good for its buffet price. The sause and cheese/garlic bread being something I was a huge fan of. However, the management there and whoever manages the use of dining wear have ruined that. A buffet with no trays when they used to have plenty to go around, meaning now you must make MULTIPLE trips to get food and go through the line again and often miss out on food items because of this. Where they had plastic cups they now switched to crappy paper cups. Their food quality has suffered too, and even for its buffet price is not worth it. My wife on our final trip there got bad food poisoning on things that she used to frequently eat there with no issue. Then we have the management. Children, stop reading here as my language is about to get adulterated. The management, if you can call him that, decided that in addition to ruining the quality of the food, that he needs to jam a stick up his ass and treat customers like absolute trash too. If you helped yourself to what he felt was too much food in a trip, he would publicly ridicule you for it. If you asked if an item was coming out soon (You know, to guage if its worth waiting or to go sit and eat what you have) he would give you lip about it and once more raise his voice to let the whole damn resteraunt know youre being put to shame. If you asked for custom food (Which they have ALWAYS done) to be delivered to the table, hed put you down and make it clear youll be a last priority. Wife wanted her usual pizza which we normally get in like 20 minutes, it took an hour and change this time (Said item that gave her food poisoning too.) Oh, and if you even try to be nice and inform him a drink is low on syrup or the seltzer water is low? Hell treat you like an idiot. Once more, loudly andi nfront of everyone. I myself am outraged and shocked at how quickly this place has went downhill. It wasnt always the best, but now its not even worth the trip. Thankfully, a new buffet pizza place has opened and well take the slightly longer drive there than come back to this Cicis so long as this imbecile is allowed to run it.

Stopped by this place on our way back home to West Kentucky. Wanted to go to Cicis seeing there isnt one where I lived (PLEASE COME HERE TO PADUCAH YOU WOULD GET GREAT BUSINESS) Me and my girlfriend came around opening time, greeted by what appeared to be the opening/general manager, Matt. Great and friendly guy along with superb customer service. He even asked me my favorite toppings on a pizza and made a pizza special for me. Our pizza buffet in Paducah doesnt really make pizza on demand, its a warm atmosphere in Cicis and they have great buffet styles. The only, ONLY thing that was slightly off was the crust of the pizzas which wasnt as done as I thought they would be however still tasted great. Will be coming back with my business next time Im in Bowling Green. Matt will take care of you.

The cashier did not know the prices of things, got the price wrong twice when ringing up, and did not know the price of the 2-3 items on the menu. She went to ask the workers in the back and they did not know either. Amazingly they did get our order right, but not after trying to charge us for 3 toppings when we only got 1 extra topping. It wasnt really dirty, but it wasnt clean. It was like it was everybodys first day; when things did not go as they were trained they didnt know what to do, or who to go to for answers. Last time I go there.

This Cicis is normally good. It still is tasty but doesnt stand out like in the past. Most everything is pretty generic in toppings, and you still can custom order pizzas like usual. Some of their dessert pizzas are a bit on the dry side and their cinnamon rolls are lack luster. They used to be this sugar rush of soft baked goodness! Now? Theyre kinda easy to mistake for a soft snicker-doodle. I would eat here again, and I would recommend it for anyone on a budget travelling. But it wouldnt be my first choice.

Cicis Pizza has a variety of salad fixings and pizzas to choose from on their buffet, as well as some soup and pasta choices. You can also special order a pizza at no extra charge if you dont see what you like on the buffet. I have to do this because I am allergic to dairy and therefore can not have cheese on my pizza. Although I appreciate this option the toppings on my cheeseless pizza did not get cooked as well as I like and I felt like I was eating a second salad on a pizza crust.

What do you expect for an all you can eat buffet. Cheap tasty pizza with a sticky floor and dirty restroom.Staff must have decreased because usually they keep up with the plates napkins food, but this time There was hardly any pizza, no plates or napkins and had to wait for them to wash and fill them. They may have had a group leave, but it was pretty quite while we were there.

It will be the last time I eat there the place was dirty the food was nasty and the mens restroom smells like pee and it was dirty and my 8 year old daughter told me that the girls restroom smells like poop and the assist manager told me that what can he do about it he cant take care of everything after I said something about it and that they was out of water and sweet tea

This place was fantastic, we arrived 30 mins before closing( they close at 9 even though gogle says they close at 10) they were very welcoming and didnt rush us even though im sure they were ready to leave. They even offered us a box to take some with and boxed up some fresh pizzas that were just coming out of oven. They are nice and friendly!!

Just like every restaurant some days are great some days are not, I havent really had no bad comments about the staff, the pizza is really good!! Even with buffet you still can place order for pizza you want and it will be delivered to you. I have it a four because it does need some touch up in the interior work

One of my favorite places to eat. The manager is great and Im pretty sure knows my face because whenever I walk in, he tells the staff to make a buffalo chicken pizza (my pizza of choice). Yes, the quality of the food is $6 pizza buffet quality, but the service is great and its obviously a cheap place to eat.

Great food and service even though we came 25 min before close. The night manager was amazing.she does a great job. And to the other reviews about not having your pizza out all you have to do is use your grown up voice and ask they will make anything they can for you.

Customer service is very bad here except for the little red headed girl that usually works the register and salad bar. Shes always very friendly to me and my husband. Place could use a good cleaning for sure! The pizza is fair, however, the deep dish is on point!
