Me and my wife pulled up on the far side of the row to place our order. The requested us to use the drive thru since it was raining. In my opinion, a place that caters to people in their vehicles and not a sit-down resturant, they would be a little more prepared for the weather but we obliged the request. There were 3 other cars in front of us and we probably waited 8-10 mins for our order ( 1 small hot fudge shake and 1 banana shake). Once we got our order and pulled away, we noticed that both shakes had no thickness to them. It was very similar to water and they was not cold at all. Also, the banana shake had the banana at the bottom of the cup and not mixed with the other ingredients. Both shakes were very disappointing.

Bad experience last two or three times I was there, got an order to go and the hamburger had nothing on it but cheese and a tiny piece of meat, the bun was stale. I told the girl 2 times I was not finished ordering and she kept telling me to pull around so I did and had to tell her again I was not finished ordering. No wonder the lot was empty!

Went 5 times...had 5 awful experiences. One time ended with Diet Strawberry Limeade all down my car. All problems were with the one called Emmet. If he answers your call, drive away. Numerous errors, misunderstanding, and aggrivating time delays. I will never go to this one again. Also, Sonic food is gross.

Omg! The worst hamburgers! The meat was cold and the buns were like they just came out of the refrigerator. They didnt have hardly any vegetables on them. What do you expect from Houchens. The restaurant was run down, not updated and nasty looking. Please dont waste your time. Very very disappointed!!!!

I usually go in the morning, and the ladies are always lovely. The only thing I note is an inconsistency in the breakfast burrito. Some days I feel I get more than what I pay for, and others I feel shorted. Doesnt stop me from dropping in a couple times a week, though.

This particular Sonic has always been great to me, there are others in town that have had some negative issues when Ive been to them but this one has excellent service and friendly staff when Ive been there.

The mgr on evenings is great!! She created a sugar free route 44 for me that is out of this world!! I mean WOW ! I couldnt really tell it was sugar free! Thumbs up girl

Great place to stop by in the mornings for a large soda. Only $1.05 during happy hour. The staff is always smiling and super friendly.
