We decided to visit for my 35th Birthday with a party of 5. We were told a 20 minute wait - on a Monday night. We ended up waiting more than 45 minutes. We watched everyone that came in after us get seated before us. The manager made a big deal to our server about how long we had to wait to get seated, but did nothing to compensate us. The server didnt seem to care. Our food took forever - the kids meals were cold when we finally got them. We had to ask to get rolls. My lobster was not rinsed properly and tasted terrible. This was our worst experience at a restaurant ever. I visited this restaurant a few months prior and had good service...what happened? Another issue is that the whole restaurant reeks of cigarette smoke. Beware of manager Becky and server Mary.

So unhappy & dissatisfied with my recent visit to your Muskegon Red Lobster. We took my father out for an early Fathers Day meal,and were so disappointed with our lack of service (poor service) The server (Robin C.) was too busy trying to rescue baby ducks from the sewer drain outside your restaurant.She was absent most of our meal,and returned to serve us after handling waterfowl(surely a health violation)If not just disgusting! She never brought us items that we had asked for because she was too worried about the ducks,our glasses remained empty during most of the meal,we were never asked for refills.

My wife and I are vacationing in the area--went golfing along the lakeshore and wanted to finish the night with a seafood dinner. Food was satisfactory. Atmosphere and hospitality could improve. Decided to sit at the bar, disappointing and rude hospitality from the bartender with brown hair... Kate? We couldnt help but notice her transferring dirty dishes, money, and then preparing our beverages with no hand washing in between. More conscious effort to improve sanitation and hospitality and we might send a recommendation to others across the state.

Waitress and managers were really nice. I ordered the perch and asked for it the best way. She suggested fried but it should have been broiled not her fault just what is. She then brought me my check long before I was done so I didnt order any dessert or second drink. So I recommend not worrying my guess is nobody here actually eats here or likes working. It was empty and they still rushed me out. So sad. Good food even with the perch being fried.

Worst meal i have ever had at a Red Lobster, the ice water had floaties probably from the nasty piping system in the antique building. The fried fish was cooked so long the fish was crunchy. The salads where wilted, and they burned the asparagus twice. I left feeling like salted cardboard would have set better in my stomach because i had to run for the toilet three times after leaving.

Here on Feb. 21st. Hostess is the worst. No hello when you come in, watched an old lady have to open the door herself. Hostess too busy putting utensils in napkins to greet anyone. Service was ok. Usually it is much better. Food was good. Manager must be off because he is usually in top of it. Notmally, a great location to come to though.

Felt well taken care of by my waitress. Place was clean,comfortable and friendly! Food was served fast, hot and perfect! Didnt have to send anything back! Amazing for me because it usually happens quite frequently. My Mother and myself were there to celebrate my b- day & so glad we picked this place to celebrate!

Excellent meal salmon was delicious. Brandon the bartender was courteous and efficient. A relaxed and genuinely friendly atmosphere prevailed. Frans melodic laughter was a pleasure to listen to. I came early to avoid the crowd and wait It was a higher priced meal but well worth it very satisfied customer.

Horrible cold food, way underseasoned and overcooked. I was not informed of mushrooms being used in cooking, wasnt on the menu, I am very allergic to them. Nothing done to compensate or replace the food. When visiting family I will NOT return

It wasnt horriblr, however it wasnt great. The bathrooms need a deep clean and possible remodel. The booths need to be cleaned and the menu was sticky. Customer service wasnt good but this place is missing the mark on cleanliness.

Great service. Fast and friendly... like genuine-friendly, not paste a fake smile on and tolerate you-friendly. Adam was our server (great!), but the manager was nice as well. Food is hot and tastes fresh. A+

Friendly fast service. Party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Biscuits are amazing. Location of our table was a negative - next to kitchen and bathroom. Ask to be seated away from this area.
