Been here many times and the service has never gotten better. The staff is rude and we didnt ever see our sever. I ordered a margarita and it was made wrong and when we told the server that he walked away. Also, our bill said 19.50 but we got charged 25$ and they ALWAYS mischarge you and then act like nothing is wrong. If you ask me Id rather eat mcdonalds than this "authentic" restaurant.

Experience started with horrible parking. It continued with ridiculous conversation acoustics bouncing off the main dining rooms ceiling. The harmonics were so loud that relaying an order was challenging and table conversations nearly impossible without yelling. Food reasonably priced and quickly served but low quality in my opinion. No need to return.

With 2 children aged 5 and 4, we need a restaurant that allows for kid "noise." We love La Hacienda because the atmosphere is a loud, fun experience. When my kids start talking with their loud voices, we dont get offended looks from people. Not only is the atmosphere wonderful, the servers are friendly and the food is EXCELLENT!!!!

It was our first time here. We were seated quickly. We got our chips and salsa but no one visited our table after that. We waited for a long while and had our food picked out and still no drinks or meeting a waiter/waitress. We decided to walk out when the people who came in after us had their full meals.

Being from Southern California, I am very picky about my Mexican food. Folks, La Hacienda satisfies, and then some. I recommend being seated in the bar if the bustling dining room doesnt suit you. Hands down the best Mexican food in Central Indiana!
