Food is generally on par with the other Chipoltes I have been too, but the service is aweful. The apathy I have seen at this store is the worst I have expienced any type store, anywhere (and I am from the Chicago area!) When you get to the counter (whether there has been a wait, or you walk right up) you are lucky if they acknowledge you after 30 seconds. They rarely smile and EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there it takes FOREVER to get the food. My experiences at every other Chipotle (regularly at Deerfield, Algonquin and Crystal Lake, with many visits at others across the country) have been where they work as fast as they can to get your food to you. In Champaign (Anthony Rd) however, when you say what ingredient, they act as though they have all day...scoop lethargically, shake the quarter-full spoon over burrito half-heartedly. And when you ask for more of something, it is obvious by their body language that you have inconvenienced them. My husband even had one girl roll her eyes at him tonight when he asked for a little more rice. After that incident, I dont think we will go here again. You can almost hear "I hate my job" screaming at you through their body language. We havent tried the one downtown Champaign because of the lack of parking, but we will figure something out from now on. DONT go here if you can avoid it!

I was politely greeted by an employee as I entered and it was all downhill from there. I went to the front to order and the two employees behind the counter ignored me for several minutes. One of them seemed to be in charge but seemed to be in no rush to do anything even though most of the trays on the make table were nearly empty and the line behind me was getting longer. I was ready to walk out when one of them finally acknowledged my presence and took my order. I ordered steak tacos and had to wait, though not long, for them to cut a fresh batch. They filled the tacos with an adequate amount of steak and were pretty generous with the toppings. I went to find a seat and most of the tables were dirty and I noticed the trash cans were close to overflowing. The restaurant was chilly and I thought the interior was drab and uninviting. I found a clean table and hoped the food would be worth all the annoyance. The "fresh" steak was tough and barely warm. The hard shells tasted fine but were very fragile and shattered to pieces after the first bite and I ended up using a fork to finish my meal. It was more like a salad than a taco meal. This was my first and last trip to Chipotle. Why people are lining up outsides the doors to eat there is a mystery to me.

Jasmine is thee worst unprofessional mananger I have ever met in my whole entire life. What manager has you waiting for an interview for literally forty minutes and keep looking directly at you at least 20 separate times and do not acknowledge you as a person at all to at least say I will be right with you momentarily, yes Jasmine do. Unbelievable, I will never work for a manager like that. First time I have ever turned-down an interview...WOW. #This comment do not relate to the quality of the food, only relates to a some called manager name Jazmine

I was politely hailed as I walked through the door like a boss. I love all the staff there, and i have nothing bad to mention at all about their cooperation with me. Great for a big lunch especially if you want to chow down on that fat burrito! Food is always fresh and taste like no tomorrow. AND it is all at a reasonable price as well, $6.83 for a chicken burrito fully loaded with delicious entities is enough to make even the most stingiest asian agree to without hesitation.

I usually never write reviews, but I thought this place deserved one. I left my purse there with over $2000 in cash (because I just sold my car) and didnt notice until 3 hours down the road. I called them, luckily it was still there, and they put it in the back safe for me. After another 3 hours to drive back to get it, everything was still in it including the $2000 in cash! So thankful nothing was stolen! Besides that the burritos were amazing!!

1- Slow. Girls took their time. 2-not clean 3- I am vegetarian so it matters: the salsa is supposed to be poured but they brush the meat with ladle in hot sauce. THIS IS BAD. 4:- soda was labeled wrong 5-rice was slightly uncooked. Good part: food was fresh and in the roll. Guys were quick and nice, cashier was friendly, tea was good. Amazing and well done fajitas Saw lot of family crowd with little ones

Wow! what a great experience. The service was fantastic! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for asking about my day and making me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back. The one criticism I have is the attitude of the other customers...coming in with their bad attitudes and blaming the people behind the counter. Brush it off chipotle staff and keep up the good work!

Service was poor. The girl who took my order for a steak bowl had to ask me if I wanted meat. The girl who took my money ran off as soon as she made my change. I had to reach as far as my short arms could-just to get my "to go" bag and water. Its all good, right? Ill park across the road beside a tree and relax with my lunch- wrong again. She didnt put a fork in my bag.

I went to chipotle yesterday to get a steak bowl and my sour cream was EXTREMELY cold. When I called them they were very accommodating and told me they will remake my bowl free of charge. They were really nice when I returned today and the manager even came out to speak and apologize for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend all to come to this location.

This is one of my favorite place to grab a quick bite in champaign. The location is little confusing to get to if you are not familiar with the area. They provide great service every time i visit. The place gets really busy in the evening so if you are in a hurry make sure to call ahead and place your order.

I still believe Chipotle still has a great social message and is really trying to focus on supporting good farming practices. The burritos and salads are really good. Ive regularly had the chicken and vegan versions and have always been satisfied and happy with my food. Please give them your support!

Food was okay here. I got a burrito. I didnt like the beans, but I dont usually like beans, so that was my own fault. The music was turned up very loud in the dining area. So loud that we couldnt hold a conversation. We asked one of the employees to turn the volume down a bit and he did, so that was nice.
