Im a regular at this location and my choice is sofritas. Im not a vegetarian but would love to eat healthy and Sofritas provides the right balance. Chipotles Streets of woodfield location service is great with staff friendly most of the time, except when it is super busy, which I completely understand. Another tip, Ask the staff to add some extra meat and they usually do that for free. I hate that you have to pay extra for guac though but not complaining as Guacamole tends to be expensive. Overall great service and food!

Ive gone here for lunch often and and it always seems to be busy. It is for good reason. Its Chipotle! Its good food. But what separates this place from the others is the quality of service here. They are quick but they take their time with making sure the order is correct. The place is busy but it is always pretty clean. Id confidently say that this is one of maybe about two locations that I really like... And I have probably visited about 8-10 locations in the area.

Go to the Hoffman Estates Chipoltle off Golf and Roselle instead. The chips here were stale and there were fewerthN usually come in a bag. The guacamole was stringy and had large chunks of unripened avocado. The steak in my burrito had big pieces of fat was not cut up very well. The staff seemed entirely disinterested and didnt make eye contact. Had the expected flavors, but not up to the quality of other locations.

Decent atmosphere and alright food. Of the 5 people in the kitchen, the only person helping was so soft spoken we couldnt hear what she said and the other employees were giggling and not paying attention. Slow service, at best! The only "adult" working kept yelling things in spanish but did nothing herself. Not leading by example! I felt bad for the girl helping us, she seemed sweet in an unorganized environment.

This place is TERRIBLE. My boyfriend found a ROCK in his food. He told the mangers and they did not handle it well. All they did was made him fill out a incident report. No apologies or anything! My boyfriends tooth is CHIPPED! Luckily, chipotle headquarters contacted him right away. Otherwise, they would have gotten sued.

I work in the Woodfield area & there are many places I can go for lunch. Time and time again I find myself choosing Chipotle. I get a healthy, delicious, substantial meal that keeps me satisfied. The Guacamole & Chips are so good, that must be what brings me back! Always a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend Chipotle.

Always get major attitude from the employees at this location. I go out of my way to avoid this location and when I have no other choice I reluctantly go here and I am ALWAYS disappointed by the dismal level of customer service. Expected more from Chipotle since they treat their employees so great...

things move pretty fast here. Friendly staff, great food and just a few of the big advantages. The managers here are friendly and always greet you with a great smile. Place is clean and bigger compared to several other chipotles. Chipotle, my favorite place for mexican food!

The management must not be good here because the employees working the line are all rude, they dont smile and are not people friendly. Its a shame because we like chipotle , we had a terrible experience especially on a beautiful day outside

Bad service they had us waiting at the end of the line for a quesadilla because they were making bowls for 4 other people it doesnt take that long for a quesadilla the chicken barbacoa and beans were so dry and disgusting

Love that the folks here had no problem adding extra rice to my bowl since I dont get beans or salsa. Very friendly and efficient. This location does get busy around lunchtime though and it can be hard to find a table.

My coworker found wood In her bowl. When she questioned them they made her look like she was wrong. They were VERY RUDE they were not professional they need training on customer service! Will never go back!

The manager here is really good. He took care of our party order and even went out the way to make sure that we had very thing enough for the party. Definitely recommend ordering from this location.

Chipotle is always good. Nice staff here. However, when doing phone orders they tend to mess it up probably 75% of the time (forgetting something, or putting the wrong salsa, something like that)
