I have been ordering from them for years, yes they are slow, but they tell you that. The food is good, not great, but it hits the spot! Much better than many other places in the same area. I just ordered again, a few minutes ago. The food is always hot and done well, I have never gotten cold or bad food. It isnt real Chinese food, as anyone should know, it is what most people, in the USA, thinks is Chinese food, and it is done well.

First Wok has always been a great option for chinese food without having to leave the house. Of course, there are places better and worse than them but they deliver, which makes them more convenient. We havent had a bad experience with them and weve been dealing with them for years now. Theyve always been friendly, the food has always been cooked right and theres never been an issue.

The food is REALLY good and for a great price!! Been going there for years with my soon to be hubby! UNTIL I went to order it from home.... they were sooo rude! I can truly say we will NEVER go back and that is kind of sux! Also me being my self wanted to talk to someone over her and she wouldnt let me really???? So I told her we would not be back and the FISH tank STINK!

Wasted $11 on this place just got out of a relationship and a semi truck so I dont have a job and have very little money left and they didnt even have the sincerity to give me my money back so I could go get dinner somewhere else if I could give this place 0 stars I would and this was my first time eating here

Rude, slow and disgusting. When I placed my order over the phone the guy who took it was so short with me and rude that I almost called back to cancel. I should have, it took over an hour for my food to be delivered 1.7 miles and it was less than satisfactory. Save your money

The service at 1st wok is terrible, the staff is very rude and very very unprofessional. I will never eat or recommend anyone to 1st wok on 7th street in southland terrace plaza. I would only send my worst enimy to this place.

After placing an online order and recieving confirmation, I waited over an hour and a half. When I called the restaurant, our food was never made. The person answering the phone was very rude. Would be 0 stars if i could.

Very detailed online menu. Food is good for the location it is in. Havent had a bad experience thus far. Will continue to eat here as long as they keep delivering good product.
