Terrible customer service. Ive ordered from this location three times. Out of the three times that Ive ordered only one of the times I was satisfied. One time I place my order online and my card was charged immediately after ordering. 5 minutes later I received a call stating that they did not have a delivery driver and they would not be able to make my order unless I picked it up this was at around 9 p.m. and they werent supposed to close till midnight. The next day I called to complain that my card had still been charged and they tell me that its not their fault my card was charged and it could take up to 48 hours to refund my money but it was never my fault that they couldnt deliver my order . The second time I ordered online I place the order that stated it was going to have breadsticks with it when I received my order my order was called and I didnt receive my breadsticks. when I call to complain about not receiving my breadsticks I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even picked up the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting someone picks up the phone and tells me that they have no control over what the website says and they do not have to provide me with the breadsticks because they dont have no option to do so. So my question is why do they have a website to order on if theyre not going to honor what the website says I was clearly charged for breadsticks and they tell me that its not on my receipt but I have an email stating its on my receipt.

I Am Very Upset With How I Was Treated When I Called To Check What Happened To My Order. After ordering online and being told I would get my order delivered within the hour. 1 abd 1/2 hours and.....still No Pizza Delivered! When called to check was put on hold for over 10 minutes. So I hung up and called again and asked to speak to a manager. Supposedly the guy I was talking to claimed to be the manager. When I asked what was going on with my order, he said they were backed up on orders and I eouldnt get my pizzas for another half hour, since they only had 1 delivery driver. He was very rude and didnt seem to care that I was waiting over 1and 1/2 hours. Then He said he could get it delivered in about another half hour! So I asked him why I had to wait another half hour. after already waiting 1 and 1/2 hours already! He Never Once Apologized for the delay and was very rude and seemed like he didnt care and even asked if I still wanted the pizza or wanted to cancel my order. I asked wHy I had to wait another half hour, when we only lived 15 minutes away. He asked again if I just wanted to cancel my order,all the time no apolgy for the delay. No sense of caring whatsoever! So I said yes cancel. Then He hung up on me! Totally Rude! That Was The Rudest Customer Service Ever!

Never ordered from here before and it was the worst experience of my life with them. If I could give them a 0/5 rating I would. Put in an delivery around 11:40 AM and I called around 12:15 PM trying to find out why it was taking longer than expected but no one picked up. I was trying to contact them for about 15-20 minutes but still no one picked up. I had to call the Pizza Hut in the closest city to see if they could contact the management at my local Pizza Hut. They told me that no one even showed up for work today, and the store hadnt even opened until 12:50 PM because of that (Store hours are from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM). They also said that it would take another hour to set up everything before even starting my order. Poorly managed, and poorly staffed.

I love this pizza Hut iv never had a problem not once! Sometimes I pick it up sometimes I have it delivered! Sure sometimes its a bit slow but thats normal. You guys on here complaining your food didnt come super fast, your not the only people who ordered you are not special sometimes you have to wait dont like it go elsewhere or better yet make your own dinner. The poor people who work her take a lot af abuse for crappy people who come in so give them a break! Maybe if you talked to them with respect your pizza would be made correctly and be on time! Pizza Hut keep up the good work your food Id perfect just like pizza Hut always has been!!

The delivery people are so friendly and personable(I sometimes order 3-4 times a week)lol. If a mistake is made they take care of it asap..Some remember my little girls name and it makes her day..People need to learn to tip these people well..I havent had one bad delivery person..Zion pizza hut employees are great. Dominoes was 2 hours late burned my food the guy was high dropped my food then left and corporate nor the store didnt take responsibility(the company brushes you off).People need to realize there is no perfection in delivery and some have kids to feed at home..keep the good work!!:) and no im not an employee..

Out of the 4 times Ive ordered a pizza for pick up from this location, I was happy with the experience once. 1st time the pizza tasted off, nothing like I was used to from PH, not to mention the kid was completely clueless that I ordered a pizza online so gave me a credit. My last visit there was a joke. It was obvious the staff was inept, unclean, and haphazardly trying to run things.

The manager tonight looks like hes 15. Our pizza looks like an 8 year old made it. We asked for half / half toppings and they must think that meant 70/30? Its way under cooked and the way the pizza was cut makes me think they let the same 8 year old cut it, too. Miserable experience. Ill dig in a garbage can at 7/11 before i go back to this place.

They used to be good. Today I called and spent 5+ minutes in the automated phone cue. I never managed to place an order, its as if the employees have no intentions of working. I guess its time for the Manager to do some housekeeping. Dec,16,2014 @ 4PM

Ok im not happy with the people that work there they have people working there at have the nerve to scream at you on the phone and when i went in the next day to talk to the manager he just brushed it off like it was nothing not going there again.

The pizza and bread sticks were extremely dry I couldnt even tell if the pizza had sauce under the cheese. The breadsticks were colored in garlic and hard as ever . Never again will I order from here. Ive had little Ceasars that tasted better

Always messing up my order, and I am never reimbursed for the inconvenience. Their "Hut Lovers Cares" phone number to customer service doesnt do anything either. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

Worst service. Called in to check for my wings and 2 fries since they were suppose to arrive 9:12. Nd they said they had no order for me. A hour later 10:44. The pizza man arrives. Makes no sense
