Talk about dirty!!! The floors are filthy, the Windows havent been cleaned in weeks, there is more flys in here then people. Employees are flirting in the back and there is no clear adult leader on staff. There is soda and ice cream splattered on all the walls and random dirt everywhere. The cash register is covered in dust and crud from who knows where! Yuck! There wasnt a clean table in the whole joint and we had to clean our own, our seats were sticky and tons of food down in the cracks. Food was ok.... I dont even want to think about what the kitchen looks like but it makes me sick just thinking about it. It looks like the owners have forgotten to do a check up for the past 6 months and the place is being run my kids. Stay away!!!!

I love the blizzards, but theyve lately been putting lids on them, then flipping them over like their add quotes "if they dont flip it, your next ones free" so theyre putting lids on them so the ice cream doesnt fall out, but when take the lid off the blizzard its all watery, and if it wasnt for the lid the ice cream would fall out. The manager needs to get their ice cream machine fixed, or get a new one! because its not fair that I have to pay for watery blizzards that would slide out if it wasnt for the lids keeping the ice cream in the cup, and not be getting a free one like their add promise. If this issue is resolved Ill come back and rerate to a 5 star. Otherwise itll only stay a 3 star

Friendly and fast service everytime we have gone. Family favorites are the pretzel sticks and the peanut butter blizzards. Tonight we picked up an ice cream cookie cake for new years, an employee helped me choose one. She also showed me the Christmas cakes that were marked 50 percent off. I decided on the cookie cake since we never had it before and it was great! Family really enjoyed it!

Lunch was great and inexpensive. Kids got cherry dilly bars with lunch. Daughter loved it, but I thought the cherry was too fake and not good. Thats more a company issue, than this restaurant. It was a little messy, but we did come in during lunch rush. Staff was very friendly and didnt make you feel rished.

Tables were disgusting, staff was rude and just wanted to get me my food and get out. While waiting for my food I observed the staffers horsing around while there was a long line of people. Overall the cleanliness was GROSS!!

Ordered a royal blizzard, never had the filing.. My neither brought me one last week from this same store, and guess what... no filing. Staff is rude ahs very hostile. Wont be getting my business again

when i visited this summer for an ice cream sundae, the nuts were nasty, they were not mixed, nor did they have the peal off, eeeew. i love nuts, too. just gross.
