I ordered two meals for dining in and my food was brought out to my table. When I went back to the counter to request sauce for the chicken strips, I was charged for it. I explained that it was for the food I had just ordered. The employee shrugged her shoulders and told me that she wouldnt charge if it was up to them, but it wasnt up to them. I would not mind paying for sauce if I know it will cost money up front. I find it tacky to charge an additional $.39/each sauce cup after Ive ordered, paid for, and received my food. For the 2 sauces I needed for my 2 meals, it was an extra $.86 after tax. The response of the various employees was more of a disappointment than paying for something that I didnt feel like I should have been charged for. The clerk tore my receipt off the register and waded it up to throw it in the trash. I stopped her. Clearly, she didnt think it was enough money to provide me with a receipt for, but it was enough money to collect from me. Fortunately, there are plenty of other restaurant options in this area...

Ordered chicken salad and a drink for me. A chicken basket onion rings and drink. Chicken basket was fine. My salad came out with the chicken still frozen in the middle. They told me that it cooled off while the basket was finishing. Dont lie just say sorry we didnt heat it long here is a new one. Other than that all was good.

Giving it a 2 star is only because the food was okay. Everything else however was down right NASTY. The whole place needs a remodel. The freezer leaks all over the floor the drink station smells like cat pee and the bathroom are all together horrendous

I was very unhappy with the dickson location...we waited 15 minutes forbtwo sandwhiches fries and two dessert drinks...my fries and burger sat in the window for over 12 mins waiting on my husbands pulled pork sandwhich to be made..

The food tastes fine but I thought this place had a remodel. The bathroom is seriously disgusting and the staff does not care a bit how it looks. Even the ceiling tiles are nasty.

Got a chicken strip the size of a nugget in the 5 buck lunch. Cashier didnt mark unsweetened tea and sweet tea. Food tasted good tho. But service is falling at this location

The actual food is gross. It all tastes brown. The building needs some serious upgrades. All surfaces feel sticky. The ice cream though, is still delicious.
