Worst Panera I have ever been too! We have ordered multiple times online and every single time they screw up the order! Ridiculous that we have to constantly complain to the manager here, because our online orders are always WRONG! We order no mayo, they put mayo on. We order turkey, they put chicken on, we order a BLT with no may and they put turkey and mayo on! Its utterly ridiculous because on the bottom of the receipt it says "ACCURACY MATTERS. Your order should be correct in every way and if its not well fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble." Well when you do a take out order and pick it up you dont know until you get home if its wrong - so its too late to "let an associate know." I am writing to the corporate headquarters at this point because this franchise is seriously lacking. We are done with this location! The service inside restaurant must be better, but quite frankly I dont really care enough to find out at this point.

My wife had a meeting at Panera so I settled in to roam the wifi and have a snack while it was going on. Friendly staff and quick service while I waited and as always a clean and polished establishment. Parking can be tricky at this location depending on the time and day but that tends to be the case at this part of Four Corners.

Good food, always crazy busy tho. Apparently they dont take phone orders during the "lunch rush" that has no specified hours. 11-2? 10-3? 9 to 5 perhaps? Sounds like the girl just didnt want to take my order and directed me to the app. When the app itself is hit or miss and wasnt working at that time.

Great place to get a bite cheap. But they do weird things as far as what utensils youll receive . Today I ordered a small soup and my free bagel. I got a spoon and two knives. Strange. Oh and no butter for the bread they provide with the soup. Really odd.

Its always very clean and all the employees are very warm. I love the food and how comfortable it is to come and dine here. They also know when and if you are a regular and try to remember what you normally would order.

The sandwiches are excellent here but it is a bit costly for me to eat at on a regular basis. Their soup is always delicious and hot, which makes it a great place to eat in the winter.
