This store is awful when it comes to the deli. Pack a lunch because youll be there a while. Never enough help slower than molasses. I was the only one there at the time and took the girl 25 mins to slice 3 different kinds of lunch meat a half pound each Forget telling management because it doesnt change. And the deli manager is too busy socializing when he could be assisting others. Ive watched him ignore the waiting customers. Ordering a head of time is worthless because you wont get what you want and still need to wait. My sub is always wrong and why is the bread wet? as I dont get oil n vinegar Its really a shame to finally have a nice store but frustrating to shop there. Winn Dixie south shore definitely takes better care of their customers just too bad the deli & bakery doesnt compare but doable

The manager at night is very rude I was running late 10 mins to they closed forgot my receipt for something I was wanting to return so I can grab something else to feed my twins and I had a sandwich made for my twins to eat and that so called manager wouldnt allow the return he rather a sandwich to go bad then let me swap something that was purchased at Publix for something else and policy is they return with a smile he must not have read that policy thank you Mr manager for allowing kids to go hungry cause their mom forgot a receipt

My wife and I live in MiraBay, we have been so excited since this new Publix was built and opened. However, due to the "Manager" and other unfriendly staff we will never shop here again and we will make sure to let all of our friends and neighbors know about our bad experiences. I thought about writing Todd Jones but it simply isnt worth my time, much easier to post this review and switch to Winn-Dixie in the front of our neighborhood.

I didnt think I would ever say anything bad about Publix but this location needs help. The cart collection areas in the parking lot are always full, shelves have empty spots,, and the staff does not represent the Publix brand well AT ALL. I typically shop Publix because theres a level of expectation that is always met... this location falls short. Ill go back to making the trek to the Publix at Paradise Shoppes.

Normally all of publix employees are very helpful and walk you to the correct location of items .unfortunately yesterday two young men werent very helpful they just pointed and say over there. However I approach another team member and I must say he was Very helpful I continued shopping He located the item and searched the store to fine me and gave me the item .

Went to get my favorite sub ultimate sub an my bread was so hard it was so terrible i will not return. Qaulity of the sub really sucked it was stale and not gott at all. I would not recommend buying a deli sub from the ruskin publix

Brand spanking new Publix - fantastic. Publix remains the Southeasts Premier grocer. So when they open a new location, it generally exemplifies the apex of the grocery experience. This new store embodies that tradition.

Great locations - so happy that its located where its at! They need to work on stocking shelves correctly and keeping items in stock. Many shelves are labeled incorrectly and often the products out of stock.
