Panera Bread. Though Panera comes with a hefty pricetag Im starting to realize the foods worth it. My salads are always fresh and my soup hot. This particular Panera location is fairly spacious and well lit. Stopped in the other day and noticed a patio set out front- nice for those warm days. The people are pretty sweet, the times Ive changed my mind last minute theyve remade my meals without hesitation. One of the managers, Toni, always has a smile and makes sure all the customers are taken care of. What I love most is whenever I come in to grade papers the coffee is brewed every hour on the hour, i continually replenish with fresh hazlenut to get through my workload.

Had a wonderful experience here... Food hot and timely. Management is fantastic (Susan) and walked around to check on guests and even asked to help clear away plates! Not a big fan of self checks but the quick order stations are very nice to figure out what does/ doesnt come on something. They even came to find us and brought our order to our table! Clean facilities and lots of seating options!

This particular location is just really struggling in the quality of food and service! The last 3 times Ive been there its been an issue. First time a less then fresh apple, then ice frozen chicken on my salad and this time 25 minutes to wait for premade soup that was packed to-go with forks?! Just feel no one there comes to work with joy to do the job they have. Sad:(

Today, Panera could not enter my order correctly and did not complete my order correctly. This is the third time I have been there and they did not get my order right. I called them and they require me to return to the store to get a refund. Poor customer policy, poor customer service, poor overall experience.

Service is at best poor. Felt as if I was a bother to the girl being the counter when I had the audacity to want to place an order. To top that off the $11 sandwich I ordered with out the "special sauce" had the residue of the sauce that was wiped off the bread well soaked on to it. Skip this location.

Poor service and disgusting environment to eat - almost all tables were dirty and had crumbs and used napkins laying around, same with floor. No wonder the place was empty! Will not be returning to this location, thinking twice before going to another Panera or recommending it to family and friends.

The service here always seems to be pretty bad, and they dont care. The food is good, but its expensive money-wise and calorie-wise. I have boycotted this place, because Im not going to pay that much money to have bad service and get fat. Deal breaker is the rude people working here.

While the food is always great, the service at this location is awful. Ask for a spoon for your sons yogurt and the girls will give you attitude because you have inconvenienced them. Most likely will just stick with Chipotle in this strip mall, service is much better.

great place to eat. food is fresh and always good. The service is fast and friendly. The price is reasonable. The line can be very long after 6 at nigh, so if you can get there early do so. Some of the soup can be a bit salty for me.

The soup was good but I found a hair in it. That is always a deal breaker for me in a restaurant. I finally had the chance to try Panera after all the great reviews from friends and now I probably wont try it again.
