Usually love coming to this Panera to study and have something to eat because the cashiers are nice and they have great seating. I could tell that one of the managers and an employee were speaking down to me when I asked if they had my cup of soup that I ordered 15 minutes ago. Yes, it is not a fast-food chain and it was during a busy lunch hour, but they didnt need to treat me like I was an arrogant customer. I usually dont complain about service but this time they really didnt try.

I just had to write this review in order to reinforce Lisa Foleys review that mentioned the great service received from your employee, Leda. She is SO good, that it makes me come back to the Elk Grove Panera whenever I have a chance. Helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, highly intelligent. Very impressive person. She is a manager in the making, Im sure (maybe even an owner)! Great work, Panera - Thank You!

Service is slipping. My bowl of soup was noticeably smaller than usual, they ran out of the bread I ordered but instead of telling me they just have me something else. When I asked for the correct bread they said theyd bring it out to me but didnt. I asked again and was told they didnt have what I ordered , then offered me choices the should have done in the first place. :(

Great location. Really busy, but lines move fast and also the food is quick. Also, they now have self order counters where you select what you like on a computer and pay right there... and to make it more convenient you no longer need to wait in line for the buzzer to go off... you just place the buzzer on the table, and someone bring out your food when its ready.

This is my favorite Panera Bread. I really like the self-service kiosk, where I can make my selection with all the options available and look at the pictures. It really make ordering easier, at least for me. Service here is always great and fast. Will definitely go back again.

Isnt this place called panera BREAD for a reason? This is the second time Ive gone to this location and had them tell me they have no bread bowls or baguettes. Like are you kidding me? Thats the only reason I went to panera. I dont care about the soup. I just wanted the bread.

Love this Panera! I come here on a weekly basis with my grandma and her friends who meet for morning coffee. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful, and remembers everyone and their names. Great service

One of the most disorganized Paneras Ive ever been in. Very confused & rude staff taking orders. I was only there to get a gift card & I really wish I hadnt given it if they would have to put up with this.

Loved the BBQ salad from Panera and disappointed they took it off their menu. The other salads dont seem to compare. At least they still have their soups and bagels, you can never go wrong with those.
