That manager is a devil from hell. She cussed out me and my kids for no reason. My youngest one wanted an extra scoup of ice cream and she looked at him with such disgust. I hope she rots in her grave. If you have a choice to go to any cold stone, do not go to any of them where a manager BELLA is working. The service was absolutely horrible and the ice cream was melted and tasted disgusting. Dont even think about taking ur kids there unless you want a mouthful of swear words in their ears. How can she be a manager if shes so unprofessional. Absolutely a disgusting human being save your selves the trouble. I hope she is fired asap.

Good ice cream and staff, with a make it in front of you experience. I particularly like the Peanut butter Cup Perfection, and the tip jar makes for a good time if youre in the mood for a song.
