I have been eating coffee cake and Danish from this small bakery since I was a little girl. They have a huge assortment of coffee cakes to choose from and I have never tasted one that I didnt like. Cinnamon is the best! If you live near Itasca please check this place out...plus its located right next to the Itasca metro so you can go in for a cheap coffee and Danish/doughnut while waiting for the train.I would rate this pretty close to Jarosch bakery in EGV.

Absolutely love this small bakery. Its near the Itasca train station and we stop in on the way to the city to get some yummy treats. Great service they let me try a few of the mini cookies as I was selecting a 1/8 lbs about 8 cookies to take on the train. Very tasty and tons of variety it also looked like they made custom cookies as well saw few sheet pans withe the Hawks Team logo on it.

Keans is an institution here in Itasca and we will be sad if it ever closes. Its always fun to stop and get donuts or a pound a cookies and then sit by the station and watch the trains go by.

Best doughnuts and pastries around. Guys at work cant get enough of them. Gone within 30 min if bringing them in. Maple Bacon are a favorite.
