The staff is great. Always caring and willing to help out whenever possible. I am there at least 5 days a week. The coffee is always great. I have watched on multiple occasions associates go above and beyond to help out the guests. Ive watched people come in and go out. Not everything is perfect there, and to err is human. But when they know a mistake has been made, they immediately correct it and assure the guest is happy. You cant get this kind of customer service just anywhere. Go Panera.

Environment, employees, and service is pleasant & enjoyable. My 1 star is towards their manager, Brenda. She singlehandedly diminish any accomplishment of that cafe. She doesnt know how to talk to ppl or how to treat employees. Ive seen firsthand how she speaks to employees in front of other customers. It was to the point that some left in disgust. The rest of the managing team is great. But Ill travel to any of the other 3 nearest cafe if I choose to feel comfortable.

Ordered food from Emmanuel, he was very helpful with explaining the menu and made sure I ordered the right thing by reading back my order which he did so correctly. I also ate inside and observed him cleaning and bussing tables that people had left a mess on. He also made sure people had everything they needed and asked about my food to make sure it tasted good and what I wanted. An excellent employee. Thoroughly impressed by Emmanuel.

Panera Bread had publicly announced their preference that legally licensed Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) individuals not carry on their premises, which is entirely within their rights. Just as it is with my right to refuse to spend my money there. A Gun Free Zone is just an invitation for bad guy to Come On In! I will not subject my family and friends a reduced level of protection to comply with their liberal, wrong headed thinking.

Not sure whos running this place but two days ago they served me a chai tea that was not edible and this morning they leave the paper on the cheese in my egg white sandwich. Unbelievable. Im done, Ill drive to Lakeland, they seem to get it right there. Ill be by later to bring you back the sandwich that you served me with the paper attached to the cheese for a refund and goodbye forever.

Typical yuppie restaurant. Trading on reputation, not quality. Miserably small portions. Dry pastries. Corporate seems to assume that consistency is a synonym for quality. Working class men not welcome here.

While Im not much of a soup/sandwich person, when I do eat here, its usually a good experience with decent food. Facilities are normally clean and the staff are friendly. Wi-Fi is slow, but decent enough.
