I chose this restaurant for mothers day brunch and I was really looking forward to it . This was my first visit during peak lunch time. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of this place . The booth we sat in was so dirty . The walls had splashes /food stains. Some chairs were ripped . We lost our appetite when we noticed the cart that holds all the clean plates was so filthy dirty . I doubt if they follow any good hygiene behind the scenes and in the kitchen . The little dosas (my favorite) were so stiff that I couldnt even cut it with a knife . Lot of food variety. Some dishes were good. The basic dessert of India which is gulab jamun wasnt there . The walnut halwa was not good at all. An Indian restaurant MUST have the authentic chai instead there was black tea which was lukewarm. Overall big disappointment!! I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I go back. Eventhough the customer service was not so bad.

This place had the worst service and the worst food ever. First, they forgot about my order and it took about 10 minutes to catch someone walking by to tell them because no one was checking on us. Second, when they DID bring out my food it was raw! I cut the vada in half and the batter oozed out of it. Again it took at least 10 to 15 minutes to get ahold of someone again. Third, when the server decided to come over and ask how we were doing he argued with me when I was complaining about the service and food. Fourth, all they did to make up for the raw food was give a nast dessert! A REAL restaurant is supposed to comp the meal. I also thought it was very interesting that the previous restaurant that was in that location had been zagat rated and saffron had left the sticker on the door to bring in the crowd. dont be fooled by the sticker people!

The food was good, although be ware that rice/side dishes are not included in prices shown. My impessions: 1) Although we made a reservation, there was no table available when we showed up, and other walk-ins were seated first, so we had to wait for at least 20 minutes. 2) The service was slow, at took solid 20 minutes for the waiter to show up, and almost another hour before the food. 3) We had a groupon and it turned out that half of the food on the menu can not be purchase with groupon. 4) My friend was trying to familiarize me with indian dishes, and ordered few breads (dont know the name). We could not eat it all, asked for a doggy bag, and imagine our surprise! When we got home neither rice, nor half of the bread was there! It was like 10 bucks worth of food... Would NOT recommend.

This place is terrible! We had a nightmare there. Zero Customer service! We ask them few questions about the dishes, and boy this ugly looking boy don’t know anything! We order some drink in the beginning and they force us to change the brand! Order one plate of appetizer and send two plates of appetizer. When ask for it, Manager took half done plate from the table. The Manager is stupid, and talk rude. Left in 20 min. after horrible experience. I would highly recommend city to investigate this place and check legal status of all the workers at this horrible place. Never ever visit this horrible place again in my Life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good and consistent food. Very friendly and courteous staff. **Edit** I dont have the option to give 0 stars. I would give -10 for the service, -100 for Rudeness, -1000 for attitude and -10000 for our family being insulted in front of whole restaurant full of people. Never had such a nightmarish experience. The owners and waiters ganged up on us. Shocking thing was when I asked for some onions and lime, they said they are going to charge me for it and I see they are being served to others (i am assuming without any charge). Goes to show how low they would stoop just because we raised our concern on how we were being treated.

They have been at this location for awhile now, but I still miss the old location. However that has NOTHING to do with the food quality as it is fantastic. It may be pricey but its homemade, its good for you!! The person who said you could go to burger king/chipotle four times over for the price.....can go to get their crappy food there.. because Im totally all in for a good healthy delicious meal. That is what it takes when you get quality ingredients!! Friendly staff... just fantastic all around.

My husband and I went there to celebrate an early Fathers Day and it was terrible. We had the worst food poisoning ever. We felt nauseated for over 48 hours and all we ate during that time was water! I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was so fake and the staff wasnt that impressive. We will NEVER go back there again. If we brought our 14 month old to eat with us, hed be in the ER for sure. Thank God he stayed home and didnt experience what we did. DO NOT EAT THERE!

Today went for dinner with family ordered Paneer Kadhai, garlic naan ,simple naan, samosa, Dum biryani.Used groupon coupon. Price - Super Pricey . Almost double price . Taste - OK. Will give 2 star out of 5 Quantity - Low qty . Quality - Naan become rock hard after 15 min and its over burned. Vegetable Paneer is taste less, samosa is tooooo small.Dum biryani taste is ok. For same price you can eat at chipotle/burger kind/macdonald etc for 4-5 times. I am not going back to this restaurant.

As Brits, we know our curries and I have to say there isnt anywhere in the Suburbs that comes anywhere close to this restaurant quality! Every curry is so tasteful and when my friend decides he wants something off the menu, the owner does not flinch and gets the chef to cook it. Service is always fine, food is amazing and we go nearly every week (have to get our fix!) OK so not the cheapest meal out, but is the only place where we insist on boxing up!

I went for buffet on the weekend. The plates were not very clean. There were easily visible food stains. Food quality not good at all. Sambhar pathetic, dosa even worse. I got a stone in my mouth while eating their Kadhaai pander and when I told the lady standing at the counter, she merely said she will inform the folks working in the kitchen. Didnt even say sorry once. And they charge almost 12-13 bucks for such a bad quality food.

Too less quantity for the price you pay, staff was Ok , had couple of tables been occupied, food was average and we ordered malai kofta , garlic naan & biryani ( which cannot be named as Hyderabadi veg biryani as this is nothing but made in some sauce and not even authentic ) and finally for biryani every restaurant gives Salan which they dont give. Overall experience is very poor and I dont recommend .

This is one of the best tasting Indian restaurant in USA...I have been there everynow and then and never been disappointed with the food. The service is little slow but thats the price you pay for great food. I have been to all over country on buisness trips and had dinner in some of the most expensive indian restaurants... This one is among the best... I hope they continue like this in future .....
