Horrible customer service. Wife and I ordered delivery 30 minutes prior to closing time. Food arrived and both meals were not what we ordered. They gave us Mongolian Beef and Beef with broccoli when we ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Ordered White Rice received Chicken Fried Rice with both entrees which was tasteless and greasy. Ordered 2 Spring Rolls received 1 Spring Roll 1 Egg Roll. When we called them the next day early afternoon to let them know of the mix up was asked if we still had the screwed up order from the night before. Of course we dont as we threw it out since we dont eat beef. Was told "if we cannot see the order in person we cannot do anything because our receipt shows you got what you ordered". HELLO people we have ordered many many times before and never had an issue. The one time we do have a problem we were told "we cannot do anything since you dont have food that you can show me and prove it". Will NEVER order from New China Wok again. Order from Jays or Hong Kong only.

Food was awful! We just moved here and I ordered a sesame chicken and a side of lomein, which really shouldnt have been a difficult order. I had to speak with 3 people for them to understand that I wanted lomein in the garlic brown sauce (standard at any Chinese restaurant). So for starters, they gave us orange chicken instead of sesame chicken. Very disappointing. Then for the lomein, they gave me a side of plain chowmein noodles with a side of a big stew of sauce and some veggies. The noodles were completely burnt and all stuck together. I worked in an Asian restaurant for a long time and find it sad that they cannot tell the difference between lomein and chowmein noodles. The soup portion was disgusting. The sauce was so nasty and thick and also had no actual flavor. The only thing this place did right was their veggie spring rolls. Those were pretty good. We will definitely not be going back here and will tell others about our very poor experience. Sad!

i have had more than my share of Chinese food in my time, but there is nothing exciting to tell you about this place. food was very bad. border line horrible.i had delivery and they were fast. but the one the that was strange was the fortune cookie had a funny taste to it. fortune cookies should be the same all over the country, but they are not here. i am updating this i just had the egg rolls absolutely terrible. the worst i ever had. I had to throw them away. i chose this place because of the reviews, but i see now that they were fake. or the people from this area have no taste buds. If you love Chinese food like I do and you eat here..... you will be very disappointed!!! how does a place like this stay in business ? a complete mister.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! I have been coming here for years. The orange chicken is always perfect, tender, and right amount of glaze. My number 1 order is their shrimp egg Fo young; the gravy is amazing. Make sure you try the smoothie they are so rich and fresh I always ask to put half of the amount of sugar and it still taste great! Clean environment, friendly staff, convienent location and overall a great customer service!!

My first time here and I liked it, it is clean, the fried rice combination (chicken, beef and shrimp) was good, the general tsao chicken was good but not spicy as the menu said and I felt it tasted more like sweet and sour. But overall I would go back and try any of the other options.

I ordered food 30 minutes before my lunch break and I call them to see where my order is at and they tell me itll be 40 minutes. All I ordered was a lunch special and that takes one hour and ten minutes. Poor service in my eyes. Very disappointed.

This place is awesome. Great crab rangoons, amazing sweet and sour chicken, and I cant get enough of their fried rice.I dont recommend the pad Thai, but not many places can get that right so I dont blame them.

Only been here for lunch. The specials are big in portion and yummy. Kinda greasy but in a good way. The kung pow is spicy w out killing you. The egg fu Young was big too. Big tables for families.
