I usually buy at this store but lately was been worse experience. Last time I order beef and brocoli the amount of the portion was really small 3 pieces of brocoli and 2 pieces of beef, I asked the lady if thats the right portion sizes? and she said yes. well, she was wrong is not my 1st time buying food in there and thats not the right amount. TODAY I stopped there to buy food. There was no cookers at all. One of ladies start tacking my order looks like she was new, on other one comes and told her that she was gonna do my order, there was none sweet fire chicken and when I asked how long is gonna take for them to cooked she said 5 minutes and asked her how is gonna take 5 minutes if there is no cookers at all? She went inside and come back with the same answer a couple minutes later all cookers came out and start cooking. I understand that there is Luch time or break but not everyone goes at the same time especially at restaurants. Teriyaki sauce was like jello, how I suppose to pour it in my chicken? WORSE EXPERIENCE.

So I usually go in the afternoon not around 8:32 pm big mistake This place simply in one word was a clusterf__k. The Caucasian chef was yelling at the girl on the line to communicate what was needed on the line, she mumbled back at him or ignored him. The guy on the front line was screaming back at the chefs what was needed and the chefs were rolling their eyes. Then the Caucasian chef dropped a pan and picked up to place on the counter near the vegetables are kept for cooking the dishes. Then he turned around to cook again while rubbing his nose and brow of sweat with his bare hands. Will never go again.

I was visiting for vacation about a week ago. Its a really good place to eat at, the food is really good too will forshure go here again if i ever swing by. Really fast service . The cooks always with smiles really young too with a good sense of humor. The ladies in the front have a really nice attitude and have alot of patience with the costumers.

I came to this location half an hour before they close their food was disgusting and got me sick for days. I will never go here again poor customer service. I worked at countless food places so I know what is like to close and clean the store during closing time. it still doesnt give the right to treat their customers poorly.

Normally we dont have a problem with his place. Last time we visited their soda fountain was broken. A kids meal comes with a fountain drink. They said that you would have to spend 90¢ extra to get a bottled drink. Otherwise you couldnt get a drink. They will even charge you 90¢ for water. Completely unacceptable!

I came here at noon so one would expect them to be ready. Literally half of their options where not ready yet. Had to wait for chow mein because that wasnt ready either. They were not at all busy. I have never seen a Panda like this. Will not come back to this location.

Went there 20 minutes before closing and the girl just kept rushing me and trying to charge me already when I wasnt even done making my order. Ordered the kids meal and she forgot to give me the cookie and the drink I had to ask for it. Terrible service.
