I have ordered from China Golden over thirty plus years. I have never complained. I call to tell them my rice was too spiceys. The LADY over the phone was rude and told me my rice wasnt too spicy. If I give you three items and I asked the total. Then thats what I would like. Dont break down my order as if Im ordering too much. Then send me what you want to send. All I wanted was fresh rice. Not hott but spicy. My loyalty ment nothing

I dont know what kind of lady yall encountered but the woman i usually see when im there is soooo nice! Shes so lovely. I live about 3 mins away from this place and I wish I would have known about this place a looong time ago! Hands down the best place ive ever gotten chinese food from!

Sooooooo just left this restaurant, I must say that the customer service I received was absolutely terrible. I dont recommend it to anyone. The attitude of the lady in the front was not only uncalled for and rude; it was not professional.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had that is local. I wouldnt go anywhere else there chopsuey, pepper steak, fried rice are great.
