Terrible service and I will never go back. I tried to place my order over the phone only to be placed on hold for 5 minutes. I ordered the pizza online at 6:11 which went smoothly. The pizzas were supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived to pick the pizzas up at 7:05 only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I ask for the status of my order. I am told another 15 minutes and my order is the next one up. At almost 8 I ask for the status again and am told again my order is the next one. Almost 2 hours after placing my order I walked out WITH NO PIZZAS.

Ordering online was easy. It was very fast as well. I ordered the pizza box deal and the breadsticks were burnt. I checked everything while there and the manager proceeded to tell me the they were "very well done" and he could remake them for me but they would come out the same. I was horrified by his answer from a customer service aspect. Guess what- my kids did not eat them because they tasted bad and I will not be back there due to management West Chicago, IL location

Just walked out of this place took family from out of town an we waited for 1-1/2 hrs for two lg pizzas an to only find out that they never started the pizzas an you might say they had a lot of guess no not the case only us. And to top it off the manger never even came out to talk to us. This by far is the worst pizza hut I have ever been to.

Would not recommend, came and sat down after we met our waiter. Then we waited 16 minutes and nobody came to us, no water, no menu. I had to go and find the waiter and he apologized profusely. Food took another 20 minutes to come. Would not recommend others to come here. If for some reason you do, than just take-out.

65 dollars for 3 large pizzas delivered 20 minutes late on a pre order. Bad pizza. Very little sauce, can see crust through the field of the pizza due to lack of sauce and cheese. a large pepperoni had 12 pieces of pepperoni. DO NOT order from this cheap place. Waste of money.

Order the pizza at 8:45 p.m. it is now 10:15 Im still waiting called store and they said that the driver is on his way every single time we order from there delivery is over an hour but Junior seems to like their pizza for some reason so I guess we deal with it. terrible!

Not 100% Happy that in Order 2 get Specials inside Pizza Hut Restaurant in West Chicago you have to order Online!! Why cant we get tbose specials in Person? Plus there is no Buffet inside either like before!!
