Management is awful. I placed an order online but forgot to put my coupon in, I immediately called the store to cancel but the guy whom I talked to explained to me that I can just bring it in and show the cashier. When I picked up my order I told the manager Danielle what I had been told over the phone. She refused to accept my coupon saying that they didnt have the system for that. I explained that the guy I had talked to said I could and she very rudely said "we cant do that!" I told her to talk to the person who answered the phone and she said that shes the only one who picks up the phones. I gave her the time to look up and she said "no we cant do that!" If I could give zero stars for this place I would! I had a terrible experience. I absolutely love Pizza Hut but this store is DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD STORE! I will never go back, the manager treated me like I was bothering her.

Always get our order right--and that is important because I special order one thing and not everyone in the past at other PHs has gotten this correct. We have to get carry out because there is no PH in the area of town we live in. The pizza and pasta we order is always ready and always hot. Everyone has always been polite to us. I see the one star reviews on here, but that has definitely not been our experience. In fact, consistency is a strength of this location. I was disappointed that Pizza Hut lacks a location in my area of Elgin, especially since nothing is better than watching hockey and having pizza brought to your door, but I cant blame this location for the companys lack of attention to my pizza+sports needs. Nope, this is a solid location with good service and great pizza.

I have always loved pizza hut. Great food, friendly staff, & very quick on delivery. I just ordered a medium meat lovers pizza, & I was told that it would be here in about 30 minutes. It hasnt even been 15 minutes and I already have my food. On top of this the pizza looks and tastes as great as Ive come to expect from this great pizza chain. The delivery drivers are the best. Courteous, friendly, smart, and professional. I gave them the address to deliver to ( which had 2 different entrances on opposite sides of the building), & David knew exactly where to go. He even called to make sure he was in the right parking lot. Awesome!!! 5 stars isnt even enough to rate yall. Id double it if I could.

Wanted to get the online special and the website was not working so I called them and they did not wanna honor me the price online, so I asked to speak to a supervisor, by the tone of her voice she was black and so rude! She hung up on me when I told her and when I called back she said she hang up on me because she did not wanna deal with me!! I called the customer satisfaction line and supposedly someone was going to call me within 2 days, guess what? nobody called me back! Bad service and management is so discusting, how can they hire people like that lady so rude!!!!

Its unfortunate that this is the closest one to me. Charge me for extra sauce which they never bring. Just got my order almost 2 hours later. Room temperature and the sauce they actually did give me was spilled inside the breadstick bag. I like the food but I wont waste my money there. Bad service. Bad food. Worst place around. Id call and tell them but they will just hang up. Dont know why Im writing on here. I see all these other posts and nothing has changed. Theyll just keep losing customers but keep terrible employment.

On line 1st time order "2 hour wait" you have to be kidding so I called the store where it was coming from. I was put on hold for 15 minutes (yes I waited ) called back was hung up on, called back same thing, c/b again put on hold without anybody saying anything. 5th time calling got a person, to make it short I canceled the order after the excuses they gave me. I have been getting pizzas from this store for 10+ years. Thanks to their "Online ordering" Pizza Hut lost a customer.

This place is awful... Run by degenerates. This Pizza Hut is the worst around. Every year I forget and accidentally order from this one because its closer for pickup than our usual hut. Uggghhh! Hopefully Ill see my review and avoid next time. Last year I remember we ordered the wings from this one and they were so gross. Just avoid this place.

NEVER ORDER. FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN! Love PIZZA HUT but they have bad customer service. This happen twice. My pizza didnt even get here on time. I call and call and they hang up and say there closed and its barely 8PM. And I have to go all the way over there to get a my money back and they dont even apologize.

I went to pick up my order and waited so long for someone to help me. The phone rang and rang finally this lady came out and picks up the phone and I wait again. Finally she says, "whats the name?" RUDE!! My pizza was stale by the way..hard, chewy crust. Should of went to little ceasers!

2hours late and cold food. I called to complain and get hung up on. So obviously I will not make this mistake again. I would give them a zero if I could but they deserve much worse than that. I wouldnt even recommend this to the homeless and frankly thats just sad.

They messed up order 3 times in a row. Manager said he would give me a credit as an apology. When I go in the next time to use the credit, the manager says I dont have a credit on my account and has no way of giving me another one. Just awful service.

My order was wrong they gave me the wrong order of wings and when I but in to it was completely raw. The pizza and breadsticks tasted old. It looks like the got some new employees and they dont know what their doing. Not ordering from there again.

AVOID this place at all costs, let those employees lose their jobs, then maybe they will learn something. Rosatis and a Mom-n-Pop pizza joint are very close to here and 100 times better Im sure.

Purchased here for the first time and i felt like i walked into a going out of business food store. Was not a pleasant environment. This outlet needs to be closed and start a fresh elsewhere.

Ordered 12 wings to be delivered, was told it would be 25 minutes, 2 hours and 15 minutes later they finally showed up....ridiculous....do not order from these guys. THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!!
