I placed an order almost 2 hours before I wanted to pick it up. Once I got to the store at the time I told them I was going to pick it up it wasnt ready. I would have been fine waiting like 5 minutes for it, but it took 20 minutes to get my order done. I should have just walked in and ordered it. How do you not have the order ready. On top of that they seemed not to know where peoples orders were. It felt like they didnt start to make my order until I came in to pay, otherwise why did I have to wait so long. The staff was very unprofessional there. One kid had a bat that they were playing with, this is a business not play time. There were too many people "working" there, yet not much work being completed, I had to wait around for my food but was not comfortable there. The biggest upset was when we got home and ready to eat one of the pizzas wasnt even cooked all the way, you could see the individual shredded cheese pieces and it wasnt even hot. This was a horrible experience, and I used to like going to Pizza Hut because it is right by my house, but not anymore.

Very bad experience with this location. This is not the first time with this location either. At this visit there was a problem with my order and only half of it was brought to the table with no explanation of why. 5 minutes or more later the waiter said that there was a problem with one of our items and said is was going to be another 10-15 minutes with no offer of a discount or even an apology. We decided to just cancel that item and pay for what we actually got. Plus they are going through remodeling right now so that means no salad bar (not sure if it will come back )and a crappy dining experience. Try delivery or carry-out it may be better, or it may not.

Theyve always been polite, speedy, and professional with me. The wait times are sometimes long for delivery, but they always say so before you order. Only once has a delivery arrived late, and the weather was severe that day. Better pizza than most places in the area. This location only offers delivery/carry-out so any reviewers talking about bad table-service are either talking about the wrong place or lying.

I dont know what other reviewers are talking about, with the long wait for an order and nasty waitresses, etc.... This location is a carry-out ONLY Pizza Hut. Call in your order, pick up when ready and get out. If the order is not ready, you came too soon. Sheesh. My experiences with this location have always been fine. I place the order by phone and pick up in 20 minutes when done. How simple is that?!

Sorry this pizza hut sucks, but...I have noticed night staff is much better! Soha Bari was the girl that fixed my order, she was very sweet and pleasant. The woman day manager is horrid. Thank you Soha because of YOU I may order from this pizza hut again. Customer Service goes a long way!

This pizza taste like crappie I just ordered from them and I can honestly say that I didnt get my money worth. Just nasty pizza and tasteless, please think twice before ordering. This is my last time oder in from pizza hut!

Well youre gonna get the same pizza hut pizza here that you would get at any other pizza hut, however this place is kinda rundown, dirty, and seems to have a questionable clientele late at night.

It should be noted to all reviewers who say they are closed that they relocated. They are next door to KFC. I suggested to Google maps to move the icon so hopefully they update it.

Horrible service. Delivery takes over an hour no matter what time you order. Orders are always wrong and it takes forever to get them to correct it.
