I live in lakewood falls in plainfield and I have always enjoyed their food. As the previous reviewer I too was surprised when I placed an order for a Chicago style pizza and after 1 hour they didnt arrive. I called them to see if they were near and they said that they werent delivering this far anymore...I was stunned to say the least. I drop bills at this place 2 to 3 times a week easy. Im a business owner myself and I would never do that to any of my customers. You just dont do that! My kids were hungry and waiting excitingly for their pizza and I had to go elsewhere because they dont have good customer service at all. As a business owner I would of took the order and honored the delivery for the last time and would have informed the customer of the change. Unreal to say the least. The Chicago style pizza is really good but service is horrible. Now Roastis gets all my money :). Idiots is totally right!!!

Very unfortunately my penne broccoli order had dry pasta and steamed broccoli, no olive oil and no garlic like the menu says. I picked up my order and discovered this when I got home. I called and spoke with Enrique who insisted that Im wrong and the cook made or correctly. I asked if they would deliver a new one which he finally agreed to after arguing with me for 10 minutes. But since he was so rude to me on the phone I changed my mind and no longer wanted the item. I drove 5 miles back to the restaurant for a refund. He refused to give me a refund and claimed that the food is exactly like its supposed to be. Told me to come back the next day to see the manager. The food at this place is normally good but Enrique has terrible customer service skills. This dish of penne pasta and broccoli was $9.99 and had NO olive oil or garlic on it. If thats how its supposed to be then its awful.

Ive been a loyal customer for 12 years ordering every Friday night something has changed within the past 2 years as customer service has gone down. This past Friday sep 3, I gave them another chance, ordered they said it would be one hour. Low and behold 2 hours and 15 minutes goes by without a single call I tried calling back but lines were busy. I cant fault for being busy as the food is good but the fact that they tell you its an hour when its a lot longer, sets the wrong expectation. This is twice Vita Bella has done this to me in the past four months. Customer experience rating, how would you react? What makes it even worse is I politely spoke to the delivery person explained my position and gave them the opportunity to call me back, they never did so obviously they dont care

A friend of mine had complained one time about the staff and a few months later and on the last order I found a light green slimy booger in the food. We put it in a Ziploc and took it to dept of health in Joliet the next day. They said that they would send out an inspector but that they didnt do lab tests on food samples. If we wanted to get it done on our own, a lab in Willowbrook would charge $300 to confirm it was a booger. Further DNA testing would then have to go through a police investigation. But since the cook could just say it was a mistake, we didnt bother. But Ill starve to death before ever eating from that place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM VITA BELLA. I ordered online at 3:30 for delivery at 5:30. At 6:00 I called in to see the status of my delivery and they said it was out for delivery. I called again at 6:30 and talked to a "manager" who told me my order slip had JUST PRINTED OUT and they havent even started making it yet. He told me they dont have control over the website and that I shouldve called instead. The food isnt worth the bullshit.

My family use to order from this location weekly when they first opened. They have decent pie, however, there prices started to increase which is why we started ordering from another pizza place. You can get just as good pie for less at other pizza places. If you have a coupon, there pie is worth the price, otherwise, you can find just as good if not better for less out of pocket

good pizza though they cant get their orders correct and they r rude. they always mess something up or forget something. They cant get my name correct! kids who are just to busy chatting with the other employees to concentrate on getting orders correct and good customer service!! customers are not as important as what shoes their wearing to prom!!

Stop dont even waste your time or hard earned money service is terrible and food is very high priced almost left before we were waited on young kids serving you that have not been trained properly and management has no clue when I talked to the manger dont know how they stayed in business will rather go to Pizza Hut then go back there

I love their pizza! I just wish it were a little better prices so I could enjoy it more often. And to be fair...I have to order to pizzas at a time with multiple toppings to meet my familys demands and likes, so $40 bucks may not be overpriced to you but it is tight on our budget.

Pizza and food is very good. Service is terrible. I ordered a pizza for pick-up and when I arrived at 10, they were closed. I ordered at 9:30 and told it would be ready in half an hour (10:00). When I arrived, they were closed. Thanks.

The people taking orders are always so pleasant. Food is fast and delicious. Their sauce is delicious and even though I always lose them, they give coupons with every pizza, which is awesome.

Best beef sandwich in a 20 mile radius. The "vita bella beef" is phenomenal. 10/10. Delivery is always prompt and the food is always piping hot! Couldnt ask for a better pizza delivery joint!
